After I felt more confident and knew that I could keep myself on the feet, I nodded and lifted my head from his shoulder.

"We go now to the Salvatore's.", he looked at me. "I'll get your jacket and your shoes, okay?"

I nodded and slipped when he rushed downstairs to the bedside.

"What's wrong with you?", I looked at my belly, stroking it.

When Harry was back fully dressed, he helped me in the shoes, while I put on my jacket. Today we were both dressed rather darker, which was well suited to the mood. After all, he helped me and waited for my 'Okay' , before we went.

"Wait.", I breathed as I felt a new wave of pain and stopped outside of the entrance door.

The drive to the Salvatore's was relatively quickly and quietly. I kept breathing evenly and felt more than ever reminded on a birth before Harry finally parked and helped me out.

"Actually, we haven't arrived at the stage, yet, where you have to help me out of the car.", I joked lightly.

"I'm already looking forward to it.", he smiled softly and closed the door.

"We're talking again?", Damon greeted us at the door, but he wasn't amused - no - he also gave me a worried look when we entered.

"Seems so.", I answered and as I sat near the fireplace I noticed how the pain was getting less and breathed out.

"Is it getting better?", Harry asked crouching in front of me.

"I think so.", I nodded slowly, taking out my jacket and looking down on my growing stomach.

"Looks like Mommy is showing more and more every day, huh?", Damon winked stepping next to the fireplace.

"There is growing a life in there.", Harry replied taking a glass from him and sipped the water slowly.

"True.", Damon nodded. "My brother and the rest will come soon. Just some more minutes and they'll arrive."

He kept his word, because a little later we heard how the door opened.

"Are they here yet?", Elena's voice came first and she stopped at the foot of the small staircase when she saw me she sighed in relief.

"It took some more time, sorry.", she came up to me, I replied her embrace after getting slowly up.

"It's okay. I'm all right for now.", I smiled slightly. "Maybe it was nothing, just -"

"Oh, it was something.", said a calm but strange voice.

Elena smiled at me worried before she gave me an unobstructed view of the unknown. She had as Elena, dark brown hair and damn bright eyes that really suit her. Next to her I realized Bonnie and Caroline. The unknown looked from me to the person who put at the very moment an arm around my waist and covered with that my belly with his hand. Harry.

"You have to tell her anything. Something important I suppose.", she raised lightly an eyebrow.

Slowly I looked up at Harry and wrinkled my forehead: "What do you have to tell me?"

For a moment he looked rather puzzled, then he said quietly: "Your mom gave me something for you. I'll show you when we get home, but how do you know that?"

"I'm a witch.", she smiled slightly. "And a friend of your friends. They've brought me for help."

"Oh.", Harry and I understood at the same time.

"What will you do?", Harry asked still holding me in his arms.

"For now, we will probably have to wait until the pain comes again.", she replied coming down the few stairs looking at me intensely. "But I'm sure it won't takes so long."

"I would be sure that they don't come back.", I hesitated. "I mean -"

"I know.", she smiled softly. "Maybe we should use the time and get to know each other better?"

"Sure.", I smiled.

I learned in the next few hours, that she was a doctor and that was also a reason for her being here. I know now, that her name is Josette Laughlin, but she prefered Jo.

She doesn't actually live here, but she moved here because of several circumstances for an indefinite period. What isn't sad, since she has friends here. Her aura was incredible. She moved and spoke so gracefully, but she probably had to look seriously as a doctor.

While I spoke, she never looked away from me and smiled again. What gave me the feeling of being safe and secure.

"You know, they're worried. They told me you were absent a few days.", she leaned back against the sofa as we were now in deep conversation sitting alone on the couch while the other were located in other rooms or in our nearby, deal something different.

"I had trouble with my family.", I confessed looking at my hands, sitting obliquely to her. "Probably with my father. And that has quite hurt me."

"I understand."

"He has forbidden me to deal with my siblings.", I pursed my lips. "They mean a lot to me and I was always with them. Being separated from them, is really hard."

"How many siblings do you have, Lisa?"

"Ten.", I smiled and looked at her to get an equally soft smile of hers. "Five sisters and five brothers."

She nodded. "They will contact you, I'm sure."

"I hope so.", I smiled sadly.

"What do I see there?", she looked around the room. "I didn't know that one of you can play piano?"

"We once played a bit, before a half eternity, literally.", Stefan appeared at the stairs and leaned against the wall. "But we didn't play for a long time, right brother?"

"Damn right.", Damon winked and appeared beside him. "But it is here because it is a family heirloom."

"A pity then that it needs to get dusty.", Jo sipped her coffee.

"Why dusty?", Bonnie raised an eyebrow and walked to the other couch, where she leaned against Jeremy, who had drawn up precisely. "We have two musicians among us."

"Right.", Jeremy looked up directly at me. "Can you play?"

"Well, I heard that Harry exercise it.", I squirmed looking for him.

"And I've heard and seen that you can do better than me.", I felt his arm around me and turned my head in his direction.

"I didn't play a tiny long time.", I admitted concerns and indicated a small margin between my thumb and forefinger.

"Liar.", he grinned and walked around the couch and following him with my eyes I replied: "No, not true!"

"You've done amazing. Why don't you want even show it?", he asked me while he easily put his arms again around me and pulled me on my feet - from now on equal - I stood beside him and wondered how fast he got me up from the couch.

"I -", I started a little confused, but caught me again: "What should I play?"

"Play whatever you want to play.", after he kissed my cheek, I went thoughtfully to the piano.

"Where did you see me play, Harry?", I frowned as I sat down in front of the piano.

"I did some research.", he admitted, after which giggle arose in the room.

"Researched? Interesting.", I smiled and revealed the keys. "There really wasn't played in a long time."

"As I said."

I looked over the keys and placed my feet properly. As almost always, when I sat in front of a piano I slid back and forth before I started to play, finding the right position. And then, when the first note was played, no one could break the connection between me and the melody. Until the piece was over.
