Lisa P.O.V.

It was boring after some time, but there were only ten minutes. As I wanted to sit differently, I could feel the nausea spread in me. The first time ever. I was so surprised and shocked that I rushed out of the hall and ran to the nearest toilet. I made it in time and threw up in a cabin.

So fast it came so quickly it was over.
I rinsed my mouth and went after a look in the mirror back in the corridor, towards gym.

I had a few feet moved as a sharp pain drew through my stomach and I stopped. It took my breath away when I involuntarily leaned forward holding my stomach.

"Oh my God.", I gasps quietly and went on knees.

"What's wrong?", quick steps rushed at me, but I couldn't look up. "May I help you?"

"I ...", but talking seemed to make everything worse.

"You have to keep breathing, do you hear me?", the voice said and put a supportive arm around me.

I tried to pursue, but even breathing brought worse pain. "I can't."

"I'll kill him.", I heard her dare whisper and looked up at her. "What?"

"Nothing. We should get you out of here.", she smiled caringly.

"I have to ...", but I leaned forward again and suppressed a scream as new pain ran through my stomach.

"Rebekah!", I heard Stefan's voice. "Leave her alone!"

"I'm doing nothing to her, Stefan!", she defended herself.

"You know each other?", I pressed hard out.

"Lisa!", I heard Elena exclaim.

"It's Klaus!", Rebekah said to general understanding. "He tests whether the spell worked. A witch speaks out another spell. He will come and see it with his eyes."

"You better not lie.", Elena hesitated.

"I don't lie. Not now.", as I looked up at Rebekah she shook her head and faced me again. "You have to get up."

"I can't.", I breathed heavily. "Who are you?"

"I'm Klaus' sister.", she answered softly. "And if I'd known what he's up to you. I would have tried to stop him."

She looked away and watched someone whose steps I heard come closer and finally saw the worried face of my boyfriend.

"I'll help you.", he helped me carefully up, I was breathing heavily leaning against him.

"I can't.", I clenched my eyes and felt hot tears running down my cheek. "It hurts so bad."

"It'll stop. I promise.", he kissed my forehead gentle. "We go right-"

I didn't hear him talking until the end – no – my world began to spin and sank into the blackness. I lose my consciousness.

When I woke up, I was on a well-known and wide bed and the pain was gone. I took a deep breath and blinked. I had suddenly realized where I was. This room I knew quite well. I was here before, when I was in pain.

I was in the Salvatore Mansion.

Carefully, I sat up and found someone's head on my lap. A smile spread across my lips. Elena was sleeping calmly. Probably, she wanted to prevent that someone took me away or that I might even went?

I stroked her hair and whispered: "Elena."

"I'm awake.", she opened her eyes sleepily and turned her head in my direction.

"Me too." I replied, smiling at her.

"Hey.", at top speed, she sat next to me and covered my hands. "Oh my God. You scared us to death. How are you feeling? Are you in pain?"

"I'm alright. A little bit tired maybe."

"I'm so glad you're awake."

"How long have I been unconscious?" I frowned in concern.

"A few days.", she pressed her lips together. "Shall we eat something? Bonnie thought that would be very important when you wake up."

"Sure.", I nodded in agreement lying the blanket aside and put my feet on the cool ground.

I felt her watchful look as we walk down the hall to the kitchen.

"Are we alone?", I asked as I sat down at the table watching her prepare our meal.

"Yeah, but they'll come soon. Harry will come soon.", she smiled in my direction making me smile too.

After eating, she gave me some clothes and let me taking a shower. What I gratefully accepted. It took only thirty minutes but something slightly delayed it.

I stand in front of a full-length mirror looking at myself. My eyes wandered from my face, down to my stomach. My right hand found all by itself the way there and covered this area. I felt the bulge, and I suddenly realized that it was there. It was real.

A soft knock, but I didn't care. Slowly, I turned to the side and raised my shell slightly. I could never even imagine – for me – how it could be. A new life that grew inside of me.

Elena P.O.V.

She quietly opened the door to the guest room and looked inside. She recognized Lisa in front of the mirror. She quietly closed the door without even avert her eyes, she saw that Lisa turned sideways.
Elena was sure that it would be better to stay now. So she went closer and heard Lisa saying: "I'm pregnant."

"You are.", Elena nodded slightly looking down at Lisa's stomach, too. "Almost twelve weeks."

"But I can't.", she shook her head whispering. "Why me?"

"I don't know.", Elena put a hand on her shoulder making her looking to Elena. "But we can do it.", she smiled softly as she saw the tears in Lisa's eyes.

Lisa nodded looking down again. "I have to tell my parents."

"You will.", a well-known voice interrupted them.

Elena looked over her shoulder straight to the door. "How did you get in here?"

"Through the door.", she answered entering the room.

She stopped beside Elena, who dropped her arm and wouldn't let her out of sight.

"How are you feeling?", Rebekah asked quietly.

"It could be better, considering that I still need to talk to my parents.", Lisa watched her.

"How far are you?"

"Soon twelfth week.", Elena replied.

"Somehow enviable.", Rebekah sighed and looked down at Lisa's belly. "It has a very strong heartbeat."

"It has.", Elena smiled warmly on Lisa.
