Lisa P.O.V.

I sank on the couch as he opened the door. No one said these words before. Nobody excepted my family. I heard voices but I didn't understand them. I closed my eyes as new tears were streaming down my cheeks.

I haven't dreamed that something like that would ever happen. He said I'm beautiful and talented, I had a remarkable charisma and that he would be there.

             Forever.

I stood up and took a deep breath as I turned around and wiped my tears away.

"Harry?", I coughed lightly. "I'm sorry that you had listen to ... Stefan?"

Elena and Stefan are standing in the hallway as I entered the room. Harry closed the door and looked from them to me.

"What are you two doing here?", I furrowed my forehead once again.

"Did you cry?", Elena's eyes widened worriedly.

I opened my mouth uncertain and closed it after a second. "Well-"

"Did we disturb you two?", Stefan asked.

"Are you two fighting?", Elena asked the same time; scanning us.

"No!", we shouted out the same time.

"Let's go to the living room.", Harry suggested and took my hand in his, making me follow him.

"I hope we didn't disturb you.", Elena hesitated.

"No not really.", I smiled lightly, taking my glass and took a sip.

"Did something happen?", Harry wanted to know as he took his seat again next to me.

"Sort of.", Stefan leaned against the armchair Elena was sitting on now.

"What's wrong?", I swallowed my water looking up at him.

"How should we start ...", Elena thought for a moment. "There is someone."

"Okay.", Harry said slowly. "Who?"

"A man named Klaus.", Stefan replied.

"And what's wrong with him?", I furrowed my forehead.

"He is a bad person.", Elena pressed her lips together and resumed: "We just want you to know that it would be better to stay away from him. His handling is not very recommendable. You should run across his path, be curt and removed from him as soon as possible."

"That's all?", Harry raised an eyebrow.

"For now.", Stefan nodded. "And we want you to have these."

He gave us each a box and let us open it.

"What's that?", Harry asked, who was staring down at a ring.

I looked in turn on a necklace, which was plain but wearing a beautiful silver pendant.

"It would be nice if you two would wear it.", Elena smiled slightly.

"And why?" I looked up at her.

"As a sign of our friendship."

As I drove home I was worried. I didn't understood what the problem was. I don't even know Klaus. It all sounds so suspicious.

"How was your day, Lise?", Lauren hugged me as I entered home.

"Good.", I smiled during our hugging session. "Are you feeling better, Laur?"

"Yes.", she nodded looking up at me. "Where were you?"

"I was with Harry."

"Great.", she sighed. "Can we talk for a moment?"

"Sure.", I followed her upstairs; entering our bedroom and sat next to her on my bed.

"You should know something.", she started. "This controversy a few weeks ago with this boy, you shouldn't deal with it further, okay? Stay away from him, he is unpredictable."

"Is he in your class?", I wanted to know. "What is his name?"

"Riley.", she replied quickly. "And yes he is in my class, but-"

"Did he hurt you Lauren?", I threw in. "Because if he did then-"

"No! He didn't!", she shook her head. "I just want you to know, that everything is fine. You don't need to do anything. It's all sorted."

After I had watched her for a moment, I finally nodded yielding. "All right."

Mike P.O.V.

They punished Lisa with silence. Raised no more speeches and began this issue no longer on. The winter came in slowly but surely and covered the roads and meadows with snow.

They decided it was safer to bring the four to school. Not that they don't dare Lisa's driving skills, they wanted to stay on the safe side.

"I go with Harry after school.", Lisa prepared them as they put their jackets on. "Just for knowing, Mike. You only pick up Lauren, Amy and Alex."

"You come home, too.", their father replied definitely. "You don't have to be with him every afternoon."

"But I want to!", she turned to face him. "What's the problem?"

"He-", Dad began.

"He is not bad – for me. He is what I need, okay?", Lisa shouted out. "Why don't you see that? If I wouldn't feel comfortable with him, would I then go to him ... every afternoon ? What's actually a lie. I weren't with him since last Monday and we're having Wednesday now, dad. I am happy. He's a really good friend of mine. What are you care about?"

But father didn't answer. Mike looked back and forth between the two of them waiting for an answer; like the others did.

"You don't know what the answer is, huh?", Lisa stroked her hair and grabbed finally her bag. "Have a nice day then."

She turned around in no second and left them.

"Lise.", Lauren opened the door again, but her sister was already walking along the street in school way. "Well done, Dad."

"Not in that tone!", he urged.

"But she's right.", Amy agreed with her little sister. "Harry is a smart boy. Look!"

They saw how a car stopped next to Lisa. The driver door opened as Lisa walked along. Mike saw a smile on the faces of his sisters as Harry jumped out the car running towards Lisa and stopped her carefully.

Lisa's reaction was no longer in coming. She turned around to him and leaned against his chest which he returned as a hug. After a while of standing in the cold air they got into his car and drove off.

Mike furrowed his forehead thinking: "Maybe their right. "
