Lisa P.O.V.

As the lunch break started Elena, Caroline, Bonnie and I left the room, making our way outside and taking our place in the usual section.

"You are so beautiful.", Caroline smiled making me looking up.

"Me?", I furrowed my forehead.

"Of course you!", she grinned. "Your dress is so pretty and your hair ..."

"Thank you, but -", I looked at myself.

"No – but – you are pretty.", Elena sayed strictly. "You don't have to make yourself ugly by talking. Why are you doing that, Lise?"

I sighed and scanned the campus. "There was one day ... as ... Lauren?"

"What did Lauren do?", Bonnie murmured.

But I shook my head and got up. Lauren was entering the campus as I wanted to explain. She seemed to be very angry. What didn't happen often.

"No. I have to go.", I followed Lauren with my eyes; studying the situation.

A boy ran after her. A boy I have never seen before which made me move. As I stepped between them he switched his eyes on me.

A glance full of odium. He is stopping and hissing: "You're in my way."

"I don't think so."

His eyes were narrows now: "Who the hell are you? Thinking you can step between me and the person I want to talking to."

"Maybe someone, who don't like the expression on your face.", I replied calmly. "What do you want from her?"

"That doesn't concern you."

"It do concern me."

"Lise. It's okay, really. Let's ... let's just go.", I heard Laurens voice behind me, but I didn't listen, I hold the glaze - the boy gave me.

"Listen to her.", he grinned. "It would be better – for you. "

"She is my sister. And I do it for her and not for you, nor you feel satisfied to have won. I know people like you. I am not afraid of you.", I said slowly and clearly.

Then I turned around to my little sister, made her turn as well and pushed her carefully away from him. Not even a second later I felt a motion behind me.

"Don't you dare!", an unfamiliar voice called out loudly.

As I turned around the scene changed in front of me. I haven't expect that. The boy to whom I had spoken a few seconds ago, is now holding his nose. Another standing with his back turned to me right in front of me.

I hold my breath as he talked again, with an British Accent: "If someone turns his back to you it is cowardly to attack. Don't you know that?"

"You broke my nose, man!", the other boy hissed.

"That's what you deserve for wanting to slap a girl!", he replied angrily. "It is better for you to move now otherwise I don't know if I can restrain myself, man. "

After an unknown moment, the boy with the bleeding nose backed off and stamped into the school buildings followed by some other guys. But I can only see to the boy, who had followed him with his eyes. Until he slowly turned to face me.

I didn't move even as Lauren touched my arm; I stood still and met his gaze. No one of the two of us said a word.

There were only the two of us. The campus, the school buildings, Lauren and all the people around us were gone. I looked into this beautiful eyes, which were mixed up with light green and little bit blue. I couldn't do anything; I couldn't move – I couldn't talk.

"Was that love for the first sight? ", it echoed in my head. "That couldn't be."

Boys don't love me. They love girls with pretty bodies and smiles, who can laugh and do anything for them. I am not lovable. Boys ignore me, don't mention me, don't see me. But ...

He has protected me, has observed me. He looked at me right now and ... smiled?

I blinked and opened my mouth slightly, not knowing what to say. I hawked softly and pressed my lips together.

"Are ... you okay?", he asked slowly.

"Yes.", I replied automatically. "Thank you for ... stopping him."

"I saw you both discuss and as you turned around, I know he wouldn't let go of you so easily.", he explained.

"I should have thought about it.", I nodded. "I ...", I don't know what to say, because these eyes wanted to pull me back into infinity.

"I am Harry.", he smiled.

"My name is Lisa.", I remembered how to talk and finally I smiled too.

"A beautiful name."

"Thank you. I like your name as well. You aren't from here, right?", I asked a little bit shyly. "You have an British Accent."

"I am a new student.", he nodded. "So we see each other more now."

"I guess so.", I smiled. "Then ... have a good start."

"I finally had.", he winked and turned around, ready to leave.

Elena P.O.V.

They studied the scene from their place as the boy, who protected Lisa from an attack leaves. Lauren and Lisa are turning around as well but Lisa threw a gaze back over her shoulder and meets once again the boys eyes before he disappeared from the sight.

"Are you okay?", Bonnie asked Lisa immediately as they arrived.

"I am okay.", she took a seat, but her thoughts were still messed up.

"Who was he?", Elena wanted to know slowly. "He protects you from a terrible hit."

"Harry.", she looked up at her, remembering the situation and turned around to her sister:
"Who – was – he? "

"Who?", Lauren asked shyly. "Who was who?"

"The boy, who wanted to hit me. The boy who followed you. Who was he?"

"Oh.", she looked down. "He."

"Lauren Christine Cimorelli ...", Lisa began slightly. "What does he want from you?"

"Nothing.", the bell rang making her jump from the seat. "See you later! Love you, Lise! Bye everyone.", and before anyone could say anything, she was gone.

Lisa opened her mouth a little bit and shook her head. "No she didn't. She leaves without a word!"

"We have to go.", Caroline reminded us.

"Unbelievable.", Lisa whispered as she stepped next to Elena.

"She will be alright.", Elena smiled. "Don't worry. Maybe it was a little dispute. She will tell you later."

"I hope so.", Lisa nodded, but frowned as they enter the next classroom. "Oh ..."

Bonnie smiled as she recognized the reason of frowning. "If that isn't destiny."

Next to Lisa's official seat was already a new boy sitting. A new student, who was now no more unknown. He unpacked his things and leaned finally back, return his face through the room directly to the door. And then he smiled.

Elena, Caroline and Bonnie also submitted a glance before pushing Lisa slightly inside.

"You can do it.", Stefan, who was already sitting in his seat, smiled silently to Lisa. "I have to talk to you later, Lisa."

She nodded and took her seat next to the new boy.

"Hi.", Elena heard her saying to him, shyly – making her smile.

"I'm happy to see you again.", he answered.

"The pleasure is mine."
