They turn away from the Scared Stones' pedestal and walk out fo the Temple of Time. They mount Epona Lila wonders aloud, "isn't Navi with you?"
"Yeah, she's in my hat. When she stays in there for too long she'll fall asleep," Link chuckles as he steers Epona past the burning buildings.
"Wow," Lil replies, "by the way, the only reason Hyrule Castle is still intact is a barrier. The barrier was set up my Zelda, myself, and the other Sages. We charmed it so only we can enter, and because you're the Hero of Time, you can bypass the barrier too, as well as Navi and Epona."
"Sweet," Link cheers.
They enter the charred and smoldering castle grounds. The castle still stood proud and tall, and out of place. Lila and Link tried to keep focus on the road ahead, and not on the dead soldiers on the sides of the road. As they approach the castle Link sees the faint distortion of the barrier. They pass through the barrier with ease, dismount Epona, the stride into the front doors of Hyrule Castle.
