CHAPTER: 39 WATERMELÓNS!!!

-Mayah's POV- (plz pretend HBG was written after SGFG😊)

•Time skip to like days after the whole dead baby incident...•

The boys were over at my house, hanging out. We were all on our phones as per usual.

I looked up and saw Luke nudging Calum but he kept waving him off.

Curious, I decide to ask what's going on. "Luke, why are you poking Calum?"

Luke gives Calum an evil smirk and Calum glares at him. He sighs, standing up.

"Follow me," he says, leading me upstairs.

We walked into my room and I sat on my bed, remembering all the times I sat here crying while Calum comforted me.

"Well, you know when you had an on/off relationship with Hayes?" Calum asked, after closing the door softly.

I nodded cautiously.

He sighed. "Well, while that was going on, I wrote...a song. For you," he says, pulling out his guitar from under my bed.

"Do you always keep your guitar under my bed?" I question, raising my eyebrow.

He smiles, shaking his head. "Just this once,"

He took a deep breath, before stroking the guitar chords, letting a beautiful note travel through the air.

I walked over to him. "You really were my cure," I whispered in his ear, before pecking his lips. (A/N: Ik cheesy but I'm not Nicholas Sparks, so sue me)

We walked back downstairs, the boys looking up, anxiously.

"Did you do it?" Michael demanded.

Calum nodded.

"Finally!" Luke threw his hands up in the air.

"Let's play some Fifa!" Michael yells.

"Alright, you guys play Fifa. I'm going to meet up with the girls," I tell them.

Calum wraps his arm around my waist, sticking his bottom lips out. "Aw, can't you stay with us?"

I rolled my eyes. "I can't just stay with you every single day. Besides, we haven't had a girls night out in forever and we kinda owe it to Hazel. She lost a twin but she still needs a day to relax from taking care of her baby," I tell him.

He nods. "Okay, see ya later," he pecks my lips.

"Bye Mayah!" The boys yell.

"Bye, losers!" I joke. "Don't touch my food!" Then I headed out the door.

I hopped in my car, whipping out my phone.

Aspyn was with Hazel and Rose was with Taylor.

I dialled Aspyn's number and waited for her to pick up.

"Hello, this is the Chinese Water Foundation. How may I help you?" I hear Aspyn say.

"I'm coming to pick you guys up. We're having a girls day all day today. Be ready when I come," then I quickly hung up.

I dialled Rose's number and put it on speaker, starting my car.

I pulled out of my driveway when I heard a voice come from my phone.

"Hello?"

"Rose, where are you?"

"I'm at Taylor's place, why?"

"I'm picking you up and we're having a girls night out. I just have to pick up Hazel and Aspyn first,"

"What? But I'm in the middle of a date,"

"Not anymore. I'll text you when I'm there,"

I hear her sigh. "Okay, I'll tell Taylor,"

"Kisses!" I jokingly make kissy noises and hang up, pulling into Hazel's driveway.

I honk the horn cuz I'm lazy and Hazel and Aspyn shuffle out of the house.

Aspyn darts to the front seat, slamming the door shut.

As Hazel buckled herself in the backseat, Aspyn yelled, "I told you I got shotgun!"

I quickly drove to Taylor's place and picked up Rose.

We drive to the mall, looking around for parking.

"There!" Hazel pointed to an empty space.

I pulled in, making sure I was straight. I parked the car, unlocking the doors.

"Okay, let's begin our adventure with-"

"Food!" Aspyn insists. I sigh.

"Okay guys. Our first stop will be at Chipotle,"

Also I'm so excited! Tomorrow I'm going to a butterfly conservatory in Kitchener and I hope a butterfly lands on my finger. That'd be cool😊
