-Mayah's POV-
*earlier*
"Hey, Mayah!" I heard a familiar Aussie call to me.
I spun around, only to see Calum jogging over to me.
"Hey! Thanks again for playing for the wedding," I say, smiling.
"Mayah, you've literally thanked me like 40 times. You're welcome!" He said, slightly laughing.
I smiled. "Well I'm very thankful! Jeez, back off!" I joked.
"Hey, where's Hayes?" Calum asks me.
"Oh, uh, he said he was going to say hi to the band, but he's been gone a while..." I say, looking off to where he talked to me last.
"I was with the band the entire day, and he didn't come talk to us at all," Calum says, his eyebrows furrowing together.
"Oh," I say, my heart dropping. My stomach started to churn, giving me an uneasy feeling.
"Can you help me look for him?" I ask Calum softly.
He nods. "Sure. I'll check with the band just in case he came. You check over by the bathrooms and that area,"
I nod, walking over to the doorway.
I turned the corner and saw Hayes, sucking on another girls face who wasn't me.
"Hayes?!" I screamed, tears fogging my vision.
He jumped and spun around, his eyes widening. "M-Mayah! It's not-"
"Don't give me that bullshit!" I screamed. "There's no excuse for you to be cheating on me! We're over!"
I turned around, furious. I felt a hand on my wrist, pulling me back.
"Mayah-"
"No!" I screamed. I snatched my hand away. "I'm done! I'm done with this! I'm done with us! Have a nice life!" I spat sarcastically, fuming.
I ran to the only place that seemed to make sense. To Calum.
I ran backstage and saw the band and Calum talking. Tears started streaming down my face, smearing my mascara. I slightly squealed while I was crying. Calum immediately spun around, his face softening.
"What happened?" He asked, concerned.
I ran into his arms. He wrapped them around me, holding me close. The boys crowded around me, watching me cry, waiting for the story.
That's when everything spilled out of me. How he cheated on me. How I hated him. How he broke my heart. As I got into more detail throughout the story, I could feel Calum's breath starting to get heavier, like mine, when I was yelling at him, fuming.
Once I was done, Calum released me so the other boys could have a turn to comfort me. I ran into Ashton's arms which caused Michael to hug me as well, followed by Luke and then Calum. Once I was released from the giant group hug, I sat down with the boys.
Calum got up to get me a Kleenex, but Michael sat beside me, his arm wrapped around me. He was whispering horrible jokes in my ear, trying to make me laugh, which was working.
Every time I'd smile, the boys would cheer, which would cause me to laugh.
Calum came back, handing me a box of Kleenex. I took it from him, giving him a small smile. "Thanks,"
He sat on the other side of me. "Do you need anything? Do you want to go? Can I do anything for you?" He asked me anxiously.
I shook my head. "No. But thanks," I say, giving him a smile.
