That evening, Ruchi was at home, and she asked Anshuman and Parvati to go on a honeymoon together.

"Honeymoon?" Parvati asked, and turned to look at Anshuman, who was just looking at the ground quietly. "I don't think it's a good idea."

"It will be nice for you to go out of the area for a little while. It'll be a change of environment," Ruchi explained.

"But mom it's so soon," Parvati said.

"It's almost been a month already," Ruchi replied. "It's not soon at all. Enough grieving and being apart now. It's time to spend time together like husband and wife."

"We don't need to go away for that," Parvati replied, not wanting Anshuman to feel forced to do something he wasn't ready for.

"We'll go," Anshuman then said, looking up at Parvati. "I want to go somewhere with you."

When he said it that way, it made her whole being shiver with excitement.

"Just to spend time together," Anshuman told her.

Parvati nodded, a small smile on her lips.

"Where do you want to go?" Ruchi asked her.

"Anshuman, where do you want to go?" Parvati asked him.

"Sandhya wanted to go to the Philippines," he said, his tone containing pain when he said her name. "But... I didn't. I wanted to go to Italy."

"Italy?" Parvati asked breathlessly.

"Italy it is then," Ruchi said, and then stood up. "I'll book the tickets. My late wedding gift for the two of you."

After she left, Parvati placed her hand on top of Anshuman's and looked up into his eyes.

"Are you sure about this?" she asked softly.

"I want to hang out with you," he told her, turning his hand and intertwining their fingers. "Far away from here."

She just looked into his eyes, a happy smile on her face, as they held hands. Neither of them pulled their hand apart. Anshuman also smiled a little, noticing how this small act made her happy.

He liked it when she smiled.
