Vaginal ultrasonography/Transvaginal ultrasound is a medical ultrasonography that applies an ultrasound transducer (or "probe") in the vagina to visualize organs within the pelvic cavity. It is also called transvaginal ultrasonography because the ultrasound waves go across the vaginal wall to study tissues beyond it. A transvaginal ultrasound, or endovaginal ultrasound, is a safe and straightforward procedure that doctors use to examine the internal organs in the female pelvic region. Transvaginal ultrasounds are also useful to check for ovarian cysts or tumors, fibroids, polyps. Doctors may recommend that people have a transvaginal ultrasound for a variety of reasons. For example, the procedure might be necessary for someone who is experiencing the following signs and symptoms: pelvic pain, unexplained vaginal bleeding, infertility, abnormal results from a pelvic or abdominal exam.
Doctors may also recommend that some pregnant women have a transvaginal ultrasound as it can be helpful for, checking the heartbeat of the fetus, confirming the date of pregnancy, assessing the condition of the placenta, checking for ectopic pregnancy, monitoring pregnancies with a higher risk of miscarriage.

Inayos ko ang coat niya at marahan na hinaplos ang pisngi niya.
"Behave while I'm gone, ok?" I told him with raised eyebrows. Itinuro ko ang gitna ng pants niya at inirapan siya.
"Try to use that on another girl and I will cut that off as soon as I get back".
Nanlaki ang mata niya at napalunok. Sumaludo siya sa akin at tumindig na tila sundalong sumasaludo sa kanyang superior. Alam ko namang masyado niyang mahal ang pagkalalaki niya at sa kanya nakasalalay ang pagpapatuloy ng lahi nila since nag-iisa siyang tagapagmana ng apelyido. Takot na lang niya sa akin ano. I always mean what I say.
I laughed heartily at his reaction. Kristiansund is just a few hours away so he could visit me anytime. There's really no need to have a dramatic parting between us since I am just a call away and a car or bus ride away.
"Of all places where you can be sent for clerkship, why Kristiansund? We have a lot of hospitals here in Oslo." Sabi niya sa akin habang inaalalayan ako pababa ng hagdan. We were waking together hand in hand while talking about our plans.
"Relax! It's just 6 months! You can come visit me anytime you are free. When I come back for graduation, let's start preparing for our wedding." Nilapitan ko siya para lambingin. With that, his face lit up. Parang nagkaroon ng bituin ang kanyang mga mata at kuminang habang nakatitig sa akin.
He took my hand and kissed the engagement ring he gave me. "Can't wait to be your husband and finally call you Dr. Laine."
Parang pumalakpak ang tenga ko sa narinig ko. My heart was thumping wildly within my chest as I heard the two titles I have been longing for, "Doctor" and "Laine" rolled into one. I gave him a lingering kiss before I finally let him go. I waved him goodbye as I begrudgingly lifted my foot up to step into the coaster that would bring me to the facility that will be my home for the next six months.
He sent me messages everyday which included pictures, videos and audio clips of random things and events. He never made me feel lonely. He always found time to video chat with me even when he was busy with his work now that he's already a surgical resident in one of the busiest hospitals in Norway.
