A couple days later, I was at a clothing store when I saw Sienna and her son, Mason. This was the first time in three months I was seeing her and this was the first time in a year I was seeing Mason. He was in the stroller.

He got bigger and he had Mike's features. His legs were a little longer and his hair was in a puffy ponytail. He was wearing a yellow and white striped shirt and cargo pants. He kicked his legs and stuck his fist in his mouth as his eyes wandered around.

Sienna's eyes landed on me and she smiled. I rolled my eyes and kept looking around. Of course, she came up to me as if I wanted to talk to her.

"Hey."

"Hi."

"I heard about Trell and Siren's sister. Y'all move pretty quick. I thought he was going to be a problem that was going to be here for a while, but the fact that y'all handled him that fast is impressive."

I nodded, I kept looking at the clothes on the rack and she continued talking.

"Well, I know you can't stand me, but I'll see you around."

I really wasn't trying to hear what she had to say. It was useless to the fact that she was apart of Trell and Siren's brothel organization or whatever they had going on. I didn't trust her at all. I contemplated on killing her, but she had a toddler that already lost his father. He couldn't lose his mother too.

"Yeah," I nodded slowly.

She walked away, pushing Mason's stroller.

I paid for my things and left.

I headed to my dad's place. He lived in a small condo in a nice neighborhood. He opened the door and smiled and hugged me, "Come on in."

"I see you're doing well for yourself."

He laughed, "I landed that new job."

"That's good. How you doing?"

"I'm great, how are you? How's Calvin?"

"We're both fine."

"That's good to know. He was here two days and we were talking. Then, he broke my vase because I told him that he shouldn't be petty and steal my shoes when I invite him over. So I kicked his ass out. Even though he said it was an accident, I could tell he did it on purpose."

I shook my head and chuckled, "That's Cal for you."

He nodded, "Do you want anything from the kitchen?"

"No thanks."

He went into the kitchen and came back with a bottle of water, "How would you feel if I started dating again?"

I shrugged, "I wouldn't mind, as long as she's not like mom. Why? You met someone already?"

"Yeah, we've been talking for some weeks now. She has a daughter almost your age. I don't want to bring her around until later on, I'm saying months from now when all of us, including her daughter, are ready. We can't just bring the children into this already, it's too quick for all that."

I nodded, "At least you not rushing it and going fast paced. Give it some time. As long as she's not like that monster of a mother and she's cool, I'm fine with it. Did you tell Cal?"

He shook his head, "Not yet. I'll call him later, I don't want him to come over and break anything again."

I laughed.

"All I'm hoping for is that she's not a Char #2," he said, referring to my mother, "I don't want another problem like that. I can't deal with someone like that again and all that she put all of us through. It's too much."
