Chapter 23

BG has JJ follow him to his house in Mayesville to leave her bags and for her to change clothes and get ready for the bonfire. As he takes her into the house she tells him it's beautiful and everything that he talked about growing up. He smiled and told her that it was different when he built it cause he always thought she would be around to give him advice on it. She smiled and told him,"it doesn't look like you needed my advice on it"
BG followed her back upstairs so she could change and put on clothes for the bonfire. She pulled out some faded Levi's that were frayed from being worn so much he was afraid she would bust the seam if she bent over and she put on a black tank top and grabbed a pink and black flannel plaid shirt. She grabbed her old black cowboy boots and slipped them on and told him she was ready to go. He shook his head and kissed her on the nose and said,"you're killin' me baby cause I just want to take you and show you what all your body can do when you look like that."
JJ smirked," Thats's good to know cowboy cause I plan on you doing just that this weekend." BG popped her on the ass and told her that sass would get her in trouble."
She laughed and told him," if you can't handle the sass you can't handle this ass" and made her way out of the room. BG followed her grinning and shaking his head.
BG and JJ took the bike to Pott's and everyone turned when they heard the roar of the bike. JJ said into BG's ear," nothing like making an entrance huh?"
He just gave her that famous smirk. When he parked she got off and took her helmet off and swapped her leather jacket for the flannel shirt. They stowed their helmets and jackets in the side bags. BG took JJ's hand and made their way to the group. They were met by one of BG's closest friends, Eli Cooper. Eli and BG did the bro hug and handshake and then he turned to JJ and said," I can't believe my eyes, is it really you JJ? And what the hell are you holding hands for?"
JJ laughed and said,"Yes Eli its me I'm here for the weekend visiting and we are holding hands cause we are a couple and if I remember right couples hold hands."
Eli picked her up in a hug and said," I have missed your smart ass that keeps everyone on there toes. Glad to have you home."
About that time there was a squeal and a petite blonde came running and said," oh my god is that you JJ, damn girl you look hot, no wonder you had BG and Chase fighting over you." as she hugs JJ. JJ groans and said," Ash can we just not talk about that cause we came to have a good time and that will just get him pissed off again." Ashley , Eli's wife just laughed and said," JJ come on we got some catching up to do 5 years worth" as she pulls JJ away from BG. BG laughs and kisses JJ telling her he was gonna get a drink and talk to Eli. Ashley pulls JJ over to their small group of girls that they had always hung out with in school and they all caught up on each other's lives. They told JJ she looked hot and could see why she had 2 guys fighting over her. She just shook her head and laughed. Ko came up behind her and threw his arm around her and said,"sis you may get your chance tonight if what I hear is correct about a certain someone gonna be here."
JJ looked at Kolby and said," thanks I will keep my eyes peeled for her."
He said," BG doesn't know you can fight now does he?"
JJ laughed," no I haven't told him or had a chance to show him. Now if you don't mind I'm going to get something to drink and find my man." JJ walks over to a cooler and gets her drink and she spots BG across the field and is heading that way when she sees Amber saunter up to him. BG walks away and spots JJ making a beeline to him. He looks at Amber and said,"unless you want trouble I suggest you leave now,"and nods toward JJ.
Amber said," I'm not afraid of that two bit whore what can she do, have you fight her battles for her."
JJ walks up to Amber and said," I will give you one chance to walk away now bitch and if you don't prepare to have your ass kicked. Cause I have about 5 years of pent up rage I'm about to unleash on your fake ass."
"Jennifer Jaxon everybody here knows you can't fight that's why you were always trying to be cozy with Brantley so no one would bother you. You ain't nothing but a whore then or now."
"Amber I'm giving you fair warning you aren't dealing with the same girl that you were 5 years ago. I have had it with you and your stupid games. You thought keeping us apart by lying to both of us would work since you had Jace beat the crap out of me but you failed to factor in he didn't kill me. I determined then that no one would ever do that again. You need to grow up and realize that BG has chosen me and accept that or you are gonna have a very miserable life alone cause no man wants a girl who is delusional about someone that she can't have cause he was never hers to begin with, so let me spell it out in plain simple English, BG IS MINE, accept it and move on and don't let my name come out of you damn mouth again do you hear me bitch?"
" You want to talk about pent up rage, talk about 10 years of it, you have been a thorn in my side ever since I met you. I knew Brantley and you were fuck buddies and that unless I got you totally out of the picture he would never be mine. So I just showed him your true colors. I was so tired of every time he and I were alone you would have some crisis and he went running. Had your own ringtone so he would never miss a call. So yeah I did what I did because I was beyond tired of him getting things started and leaving me high and dry cause you would call in the middle of us having sex and he would go running, he took my virginity wait was taking it and you called and he went running to Athens because you had yet again another JJ crisis and called him crying so I was glad to have my chance to get you out of my life and away from Brantley. I don't regret it I only regret that Jace didn't rape you cause then I know Brantley wouldn't have wanted you."

"What the fuck are you talking about Amber? BG never came running and I have never known him not to finish what he started no matter what was going on or who called. Hell Ko and I had to wait on him to finish with Cindy before he would take us to the hospital when Ko got in that fight and needed stitches. So who is the one delusional and the only time I ever called BG from Athens crying was the night my parents were killed in a car wreck , hell I was 18 years old and had just been told by a strange police officer that my parents were dead and I needed my best friend. So if he left you high and dry I hate it cause well we all know you deserved it cause you were and will always be a damn bitch that will never accept him for who he is. And as far as us being fuck buddies well that never happened until a couple of week ago but let me tell you something (as she leans in close to Ambers ear) I get why you are upset cause he is hung like a Greek god and can make me scream his name but then again it was my name that he has been screening as he is balls deep inside of me, not you."
As soon as she said that Amber slapped JJ and as soon as she did that JJ hit her with a right hook and threw her on the ground and got on top of her beating on her. When BG went to pull her off of Amber she came around with her fist, swinging at him, his experience in fights he was able to duck and not get caught. JJ realized who he was and stopped. She leaned over Amber and said," This shit stops now cause next time I won't stop until you are in the hospital. He is mine now and you need to accept that bitch."
       He pulled her into his arms and kissed her. She bit his lip and he growled and fisted his hands in her hair ravaging her mouth not caring they had an audience. When they stopped they looked at each other and took off running for the bike where they hopped on and hauled ass back to his house.
