Can't Forget

Chapter 13

     After a fun day of riding the trails BG, JJ and Ko decide to grill and hang out by the fire pit since it was such nice weather. BG is telling JJ and Ko about some of the last few days on tour and what some of the fans have done. JJ is laughing and she tells them of things that her little kids come to her telling her. It was peaceful and like old times back in Jefferson growing up.
  BG's phone goes off and he looks at it and his face changes. JJ knows that it is Amber and she grabs his phone and said," I got your six on this"
A: Baby I know you were just mad but don't let Jennifer come between us. She did that once before and you know how it ended with her just walking out of your life for 5 years with no word. She doesn't care about you.

BG: (JJ) Please don't contact me anymore. I meant what I said I am done, we are done. I cannot be with someone who lies to me and knew how much I was hurting but continued to keep me away from my best friend. So I am telling you once and for all don't contact me again!

A: You don't mean that baby we planned our life together and just because you see her doesn't mean you need to throw the life we had away.

BG:(JJ) I was trying to be nice to you but I can tell that you aren't getting nice so let me be blunt and honest, I am fucking done with you. You have lied to me for the entire time we were together. You knew how much I was hurting missing my best friend. She needed me and because you were a jealous bitch she was physically hurt and I will never be able to get past that. I could have prevented it, some of it is my own fault and I take responsibility for that but most is on you. I can't forgive that . So we are done! Don't contact me again!!

JJ showed it to BG and he hit send and said"you were too nice"
JJ laughed and told him," yeah she probably knows it's me and that's what is killing her BG"
JJ phone buzzes and she looks at the screen.
It's David and she opens the message.

D: Just giving you a heads up he made bail and is out but Oakley knows and her mom and dad said she wouldn't be going anywhere without one of them. You will just need to be on the lookout on Monday .
JJ: Thanks for the heads up. I will make sure we will have all the doors locked during practice. Keep me updated okay
D: You got it, hope you were able to salvage your long weekend. See you on Monday
JJ: yeah I was and see you Monday

BG just watched not saying anything not that he didn't want to but he knew that she had a life and he couldn't get mad at her talking to other people. Although he wanted to ask he held his tongue. Ko watched him and just raised his eyebrows when he didn't say anything. They just talked between them while she was occupied.
JJ got off her phone and told the boys she was tired and heading to bed cause she had to leave in the morning due to having practice tomorrow afternoon. She hugged Ko and then hugged BG and whispered in his ear "see you when y'all get through talking"
BG looked at her and just nodded.

After JJ left Ko told him," you did good not jumping all over her when she was texting. She doesn't ever text if she's here unless it is something extremely important. That goes a long way getting her trust back brother, that and letting her get her digs in at Amber. Just be patient it's gonna take time but I would say y'all are on the right track now.
BG tells him," I know it's not gonna be an overnight fix but today has been the best day I have had in the last 5 years it's like I told her this morning I feel like a ton has been lifted off me. With that being said, I am heading to bed."
    BG walks into his room and sees JJ curled up in his bed and it brings a smile to his face he says a prayer of thanks to the good Lord for that girl in his bed. He undressed and crawls in behind her and pulls her close kissing her head with a smile on his face as he  drifts off to sleep.

   BG wakes up and sees JJ curled in his arms and he takes time to look at her. He sees that girl that he fell in love with when he was 19 only he was too stupid then to do anything about it. He met Amber and got with her, when he really wanted JJ. She was the one who was there when he hit rock bottom Amber left him and only came back once he was sober and had some hits under his belt. Then he lost JJ cause he listened to Amber. But looking at JJ he sees the same girl but yet she is different, he sees that she has some hardness about her, toughness that wasn't there 5 years ago. He moves her hair and JJ said,"you know I always hated when you stared at me and that hasn't changed."
  BG laughed and JJ turns to him and kisses him and he just stops in shock and then he kisses her back, pulling her into his arms as close as he can. JJ runs her hands over his broad shoulders before pulling his head closer and deepening the kiss. JJ moans as his hands cup her ass and he grinds her against his erection, wanting her to see how she affects him. JJ opens her legs and rolls to her back allowing BG to take control and she breaks from his mouth and kisses his neck and down his chest and as he kisses and sucks on her sweet spot she arches into him grinding against him and grabbing his ass with both hands. BG runs his hands under her shirt and rub her nipple between his thumb and forefinger the door opens and Ko busts in "Hey y'all I got breakfast ...oh shit!"
  BG yells"get out Ko dammit don't you know how to knock"
   JJ has froze during this and BG kisses her on the forehead and rolls over onto his back throwing his arm over his head and growls. JJ starts laughing and can't stop. She finally gets a hold of herself and said," do you think we have scared him for life?" BG just laughs and replied," who cares I could really hear his ass right now but I know it is best cause what happened between us was anything but slow darlin' "
  JJ kissed him on the cheek and headed to the bathroom.
