Undercover 27

I went up to my room while Carson went to his. I knocked on the door and Hayes was there waiting for me, with Mahogany and Charles.

"Oh good you're back!" Mahogany said as I sat down next to her. I smiled and nodded.

"Yeah, um so Carson said, or his mom said that they're going to take me and some of you guys out for dinner-" I said before there was a knock at the door which interrupted me. Hayes ran and answered it. And it was Carson!

"Hey Ava. Hi Hayes, hello Mahogany. And I don't know who you are." Carson said while walking towards me and then pointing to Charles. Carson then sat down next to me.

"I am Charles Gitnick. And you must be Carson! You are all that Ava talks about!" Charles said chuckling and shaking Carson's hand. There was then an awkward silence while the two of them just kept shaking hands.

"Okay so Carson what do you need?" Hayes asked to break the silence. Carson then shook his head and released his hand from the hand shake.

"Oh yes sorry. So my mother would like to invite Ava, Hayes, Nash, Cameron, Mahogany, Taylor to a dinner with my mother, Johnny my friend and I. Tonight at 6:30." Carson said.  Carson and I then smiled at each other while Mahogany and Hayes thought about it.

"Well we would love to but I will have to ask the others." Mahogany said with a welcoming smile. Carson nodded and smiled back at her.

"Awesome I will see you guys in the lobby at 6:30 then?" Carson said before leaving. Everyone nodded and waved as he left. I quickly followed him out.

"That is super nice of you to let my brothers and friends come with." I said. Carson smiled and just shrugged.

"Well your brothers are dope. And if the rest of your family was here I would've invited them!" Carson said. I smiled.

"I guess I'll see you later then. Oh and what should we wear?" I asked quickly.

"For the girls wear dresses or something like that. And then for the dudes they can wear like khakis and a button down or something like that." Carson said shrugging. I giggled at him a little.

"Well thank you so much Carson" I said quickly. I then gave him a quick kiss on the cheek. My cheeks felt super warm and his turned a bright shade of red. I then ran back inside. Everyone was on their phones. I went and laid on my bed.

"Well it is 5:00 so I am going to go and get ready! Oh and the other boys said they're coming." Hayes said before leaving.

"I guess that's my cue to leave. I'll see you later Ava. Bye Mahogany."  Charles said while following behind Hayes. I then got up and searched through my luggage for some clothes to wear. I then picked some stuff out and then quickly hurried to the bathroom.

I wore a light baby blue crepe dress with some flowery pink pattern around the collar with a little cutout. I then wore a pair of grayish brownish peep toe wedges. I wore my hair in a braid crown thing. I then put in some diamond dangly earrings. I wore some mascara. And lastly I grabbed my black cross body Marc Jabs purse.

I then walked out of the bathroom and sat on my bed. Mahogany was already all dressed but waiting to do her makeup in the bathroom. So she ran in after I walked out. I then waited by texting Carson and Charles, but both in their own chats. And then at around 6:25 Mahogany ran out of the bathroom.

She was wearing a maroon dress that was fitted like a corset on the top and then flared out at the waist and had straps. She also had on a pair of nude strappy heels. She then had on a black lacey choker. She had a cat eye  eyeliner. And some maroon lipstick that matched her dress. And then lastly a nude purse.

"Okay let's go!" She said quickly while looking for her phone. I just chuckled at her. And then there was a knock at the door. I shook my head at her while I went and opened the door. And Charles was standing in front of me with some roses.

CHARLES POV

I walked out of Ava's room absolutely devastated. I walked with my head down all the way back to my room. I followed Hayes the whole way. When we got back I slumped onto my bed. Hayes looked at me with furrowed eyebrows.

"Dude what's wrong? You look like the love of your life just turned you down or something." Hayes said chuckling. I just looked up at him with a sad face and then Hayes stopped laughing. "Oh so she did. Who. Who is it?" He asked while walking over to me and sitting down next to me.

"Um, so don't hate me. But it is um. Your sister." I said quickly. Hayes then like totally stopped everything and looked up at me.

"Okay, well um. I don't know how to handle this. This has never happened before. But she never really ever did reject you, or directly at least." Hayes said. I just shook my head.

"Yeah not directly. Her and her little 'friend' Carson were super close. And then she followed him  out into the hall! I would call that a rejection." I said getting frustrated.

"Okay so if you really like her then go tell her. You can't expect her to read you. And knowing my sister she isn't the best at reading people, or social cues for that matter, but you have to tell her. And btw dude she likes all that lovey dovey romantic shit. Also one last thing if you hurt her or touch her and she doesn't like it, I will break every fucking bone in you damn body. Under stand me?" Hayes said. I just nodded. I then got up out of my bed and just ran out of the room and out of the hotel. I went to the nearest store that I could find that had flowers. I then ran back to my room and got changed.

I wore a pair of khaki skinny jeans. Then a blue and grey button down shirt. I slipped on my gray vans. Then quickly combed my hair all nicely. I sprayed on some of Hayes's cologne on. I then sprinted all the way to Ava's room and knocked on the door.
