Undercover 28

AVA'S POV

"Oh hi Charles. You look nice, but I've got to go sorry!" I said trying to push past him, but he wouldn't move. I took a deep breath and looked back at Mahogany.

"Um I am so sorry Ava. You look gorgeous, but I have to tell you something. Really important, and these are for you." Charles said while handing me the roses. I just nodded. 

"And what's so important that can't wait until later?" I asked getting very frustrated and looking at the time on my phone. He took a deep breath and rubbed the back of his neck. You could see that he was getting a little bit sweaty too.

"Okay, so Ava I really like you. Like I like like you. I want to be your boyfriend like you." Charles finally blurted out. I just dropped my jaw I was very surprised, didn't see that coming.

"Wow, okay. So um okay." I said not knowing what to say except to stutter.

"Okay so Charles we have to go we can go over this later." Mahogany finally said pushing Charles out of the way and pulling me with her. Charles and I made a long drawn out eye contact as Mahogany pulled me away. Once we got to the lobby everyone else was waiting for us.

"You are just stunning Ava. My goodness, your husband will be a lucky man." Carson said while walking towards me and opening his arms for a hug. I put on a fake smile and hugged him back.

"Hi Ava. Oh it is so nice to see you again." Diane said with huge smile. I put on another fake smile.

"Okay mom lets go I am sure that Olivia and Jackson are waiting for us." Carson said while pulling his mother away. She nodded and we all walked outside where a giant black stretch limo was waiting for us. Carson helped me before following me in. I went all the way to the back and Carson sat right by my side. We looked at each other and smiled, but mine was fake.

"Oh my goodness I am so tired, so much happened today." I said chuckling a little bit. Carson chuckled and rubbed my back.

"Well I am here so I can help relieve your stress Avy." Carson said. I smiled really wide and nodded.

"Thank you Carson." I said quietly and then I laid my head onto his shoulder. He rubbed my back and looked down at me and smiled at me. Everyone else got in and then we drove off to the restaurant. When we got there Olivia and Jackson were standing there waiting for us. And when I got out I gave them both hugs.

"Ava you are gorgeous! And I love your dress!" Olivia said. I smiled and hugged her back tightly.

"You look very pretty tonight Ms. Ava." Jackson said before giving me a one armed hug. Everyone then walked in together. I stood next to Carson. We got seated very quickly thankfully too. I sat between Carson and Nash.

"Nash." I whined he looked over at me and chuckled.

"What princess?" Nash asked and then I shrugged and we both laughed.

CHARLES'S POV

Ava locked eyes as Mahogany pulled her away. It seemed like it lasted for forever, but not in a good way. I then stood in the doorway of her hotel looking at the flowers she dropped on the floor. I sighed, picked them up and then walked to my hotel room.

I went back in and changed into a pair of joggers and a Magcon shirt. I then fell onto my bed. I cuddled up in my bed and turned on the food network. But I couldn't stand this any longer. So I turned off the TV and curled up into a little ball and then cried. I just cried.

Until a knock at my door interrupted me. I got up slowly and slowly walked to the door. I opened it to see it was the Rowlands. I rolled my eyes and turned away from them.

"What the fuck do you want?" I asked. They followed me in and closed the door on their way in.

"K you don't need to be a douche. And okay what is wrong with you?" Brandon asked. I took a deep breath and got back into my cocoon of blankets.

"I don't want to talk about it." I grumbled. They both rolled their eyes at me.

"Okay fucking bull shit. Now spill it." Hunter said while coming and sitting next to me. I groaned and pulled my blankets closer to me.

"Well I went to Ava and told her I had feelings for her and I even brought flowers. But she didn't say anything, Mahogany just pulled her away because they had to leave to go to the dinner with Carson." I said.

"Carson? Ugh I hate that guy. But you going to talk to Ava about how you like her is the part I am very interested in. Why would you do that? Like I've tried that already. Nothing happened and she still went on a date with Carson. Ew." Hunter said. I just bursted out laughing after he told me that.

"Well obviously you bullied her there's no way she would ever date you after all that shit happened!" I said laughing so hard.

"It happened in the movies so it could happen." Hunter said quietly. Brandon and I just laughed louder in his face. It took us a while to get our breath back.

"You need to reevaluate everything you've ever known." Brandon said still chuckling.
