~Sang~
I straightened my smile out, and turned to North.
"North," I said sweetly, "could you go get one of the sketchbooks I saw in your broom closet? I feel like drawing."
He nodded, standing and making his way down the hallway. I waited a few moments before following him.
Stepping inside the closet, I could hear him reaching up to get the drawing books. I grinned, sprinted forward and shut the door behind him. It had an automatic lock on it, and it clicked as soon as it closed.
North cursed and turned, rattling the door handle.
"Sang?!" He shouted. My smile grew wider.
"Sang! Open the door!"
"No," I told him. I could practically feel the glare he was shooting through the wall at me.
"Sang. Open this door right now!"
"No."
"Why?" He asked.
"Because you didn't let me have chocolate chip pancakes, and it was cruel."
"They're f*cking unhealthy!"
"But I really felt like one, North."
He huffed.
"If I promise never to say no to letting you have chocolate chip pancakes, will you let me out?" He bargained. I pondered it for a moment.
"Fine." I pulled the door open, only to have North grab my wrist and pull me in with him, the door slamming shut behind me.
My eyes widened. Did the idiot realize what he did?
"North?"
"Yes, Sang baby?"
"You realize that the door locks on the outside, right?" He paused for a moment in regretful silence.
"Sh*t."
"That pretty much sums it up." I moved back, giving him more room in the rather cramped space.
"So..."
"We're trapped here until someone comes for us. And we don't have phones." North said. I bit my lip.
"Can you at least turn the light on?" I asked. It was close to pitch black.
"...I've been meaning to change that bulb."
. "I guess it'll give us time to catch up."
"I suppose it will." We just stood there for a few minutes.
"How are...Things?" I asked.
"Things are...Great."
"Good, good."
This was going to be awkward to say the least.
