Chapter 13 (Axi)-
"Yeah, love you too buddy," Axi smiled at me with fake emphasis. I don't know what caused it, but my hatred for him. It was just too much sometimes. I had to resist yanking out his hair! God, what was with him and that hat?
"Layric, how do you even deal with him 24/7?" He asked. Layric just looked at the idiot with his usual blank stare with his facemask and hood still on and slightly shrugged.
"Good answer, as always!" Axi said, like he was the host of a game show or something. Wow...I never wanted to punch someone as much as him before!
"Yeah. Anyway, I'm kinda tired; physically and mentally. What about you guys?" Irene said in more of a demanding tone. For once, I agreed with her. I reluctantly nodded, deciding I wasn't going to be a smart ass all the time.
"Does anyone want to sing Mr.Cripple a lullaby?" Axi asked optimistically.
"I'll knock you out, will that work?" I stared at him.
"Hm. As convincing as that sounds, I'll pass. So, night time then?"
"I won't argue." Layric said as he jumped towards the other corner bed and landed on his back, keeping his hood on like he always did around strangers, he's always been weird like that.
"Goodnight!" Irene instantly turned off the lights before anyone else could say anything, especially asshat. Yeah, I like that name. It fits him.
