RWBY (Salem: Dawn)

Some really unfortunate events-

 Chapter 34 (Axi)-

"Well, a fights a fight!" Nevada roared as he slugged one of the charging thugs across the face.

"We don't have any weapons!" Franck complained while stepping back.

"Improvise!" Alyce yelled as she kicked a guy in the...ouch.

"Everyone stay together form together, we take them out together!" Eve ordered. Complete pandemonium overtook the room, fist, weapons, and pieces of furniture flew in different directions.

"Lookout!" I heard someone yell as a knife swung by my face.

"Whoa, Hello!" I yelled as I shoved the thug back with my forearm.

"I got you!" I heard Leo call out as he grabbed my attacker by the chest, flipped him over his back, and slammed him on his head. "Wrestling a lot as a kid has its advantages!" He laughed as he grabbed another bandit.

20 guys, this shouldn't be too tough. I told myself as more flooded in through the back doorway, seemingly on cue. Well...crap.

"More baddies on their way!" Ecru yelled as he backfisted one with his robot arm.

I jumped back as another guy took a swing at me. He stepped forward, which was his mistake. Unfortunately for him, I actually paid attention in fighting class!

I took a foot closer to him, forcing his next punch to be weaker and slower due to his trajectory correction. I caught his arm and twisted and threw him into another who was charging me and they both fell backwards.

"Not so fast!" I heard behind me. I turned and saw that Alyce had saved me from a blow to the back of my head. I grabbed the nearest enemy and clanked his head to Alyce's guy. They both collapsed to the ground.

I looked around the warehouse type room; it was large enough for a convention center, so there was still plenty room left for more people.

It looked like we were down in numbers, one to two. Well, it was time to even the odds!

"Irene-" I stopped my sentence from a loud noise followed by a blinding light from above; the roof! It was being taken off! A black- no, two figures blocked the view of the sun.

"Airships!" Ecru shouted, "I knew they had military equipment!"

"Yeah, and they also have a lot of men!" I pointed up. About ten men from each ship raffled down, each with a standard rifle. But don't be mistake, I've seen those things in action, they're a force to be reckoned with.

I literally saw Eve's face go from an exhilarated smile to a sunken half defeated frown, "You've got to be kidding me!" She said angrily as she sidekicked a guy. The fight was back on.

Blue plasma-like fire erupted from above, causing everyone to take cover. Even their allies weren't safe. Five enemies were hit, but I couldn't tell if any of my friends were though. I had a moment of panic as the roof was put back like nothing had ever happened. The reinforcements with guns had us pinned behind our covers. They'd shoot above our heads and the ones who were here originally here would charge us to try and get us out of cover. Fortunately, they weren't the best of fighters so we took them out pretty easily. Even still, there were too many of them.

I sighed, realizing what had to be done. I closed my eyes, drowning out all other sound.

"Axi, what the hell!" I was jolted, on high alert. Eve was next to me with a knocked out enemy at her feet.
