Josh woke up in his bunk, his mind still foggy with sleep. He could hear the deep breathing of Tyler above him so he knew it must be early in the morning, or late at night.
He sat up, stretching his arms and back. He let out a loud gasp of pain. A deep aching filled his chest.
" josh are you ok?" Tyler peaked over the edge of the bunk. His fluffy brown hair tousled adorably. His brown eyes alert even though he had just opened them.
" shit, I didn't mean to wake you up Tyler m' sorry!" Josh gasped in surprise.
" it's fine dude, but are you ok? " he repeated.
" I'm ok, just a little sore from the show last night that's all."josh said, lying though is teeth. I couldn't stand lying to Tyler, it was like kicking a puppy, someone so pure deserved better than him.
" oh alright" Tyler said with a stifled yawn, "I'm going to get some sleep, you should too jish."
" I'll try." Replied josh, hearing Tyler shift and roll over above him, his breathing slowly steadying.
Josh prodded at his ribs with his fingers. It was sick he knew, but the little shocks of pain that it sent through him felt good. He waited until he was positive that Tyler was asleep, then slowly inch by inch lifted the covers off himself, and sat up. He padded softly down the carpeted hallway of the bus, trying to be perfectly silent. He reached the bathroom, and carefully removed his shirt.
There on his chest lay a story of the night before, sketched out in muddied purples and yellows and greens. The bruises were everywhere, very prominent against his pale skin. He stood staring for a moment. He only had one thought in his head Tyler must not see these. "What the hell I going to do?" Josh wondered out loud. He had a show today, a crowd full of people expecting to see him without his shirt on. A crowd of cameras, eyes, people to whiteness his mistake.
I'll just wear overalls, they should cover up my chest better, he thought.
Josh slipped his shirt back on over his sensitive skin, and returned to the bunk room to sleep.

Tyler rolled out of his bunk at around 11:30 feeling relaxed and well rested. He rubbed the dream sand out of his eyes, and peaked over the edge of the bunk to as if josh was awake. Josh was still asleep in the bunk below, so Tyler was careful not to wake him while he climbed down. He turned to look at josh while he slept. He looked so peaceful lying there shrouded in pale white sheets. Tufts of his neon hair stuck up at every direction, some falling across his closed eyes. His head rested on his His muscular arms. He looked so handsome, even in sleep.this is wrong, thought Tyler, I can't think he's attractive, I can't have a crush on my best friend, I'm married. But is this so wrong? Disturbed by these thoughts he turned on his heal and went in search of breakfast, or lunch, brunch, whatever time it was.

Josh woke sometime later when Tyler gently shook him awake, brushing his wayward hair off his brow.
" hey man, you've been asleep for so long, it's time to get ready for the show!"
" crap! It took me a long time to fall asleep last night, i was tired."
Tyler looked on in appreciation as josh rolled out of bed and stretched, his arms rippling. While Tyler was applying his blurryface makeup all over his hands and neck in the bathroom, josh quickly rummaged though his bag, pulling out the overalls. He carefully slipped them on over his boxers. They were slim and made out of soft black leather that hugged his legs and chest. He was nervous, what would be people think.
He sighed and ran is hands though his tangled hair, and walked off to find Tyler.
