Different Lives, Different Events

Chapter 6

Katy:

I started talking to Corey and I found out that he's really interesting. Like he likes Dragonball Z(which is a TV show) but other than that he's the sweetest person I could meet. "So how long have you and Leah been friends?" I asked him wanting to know who Leah knew the longest. "Um...probably about 8 years. We went to the same school together and the same college." OMG I didn't even know that Corey had been going to the same school as me! Then he looked me right into the eyes and asked me " How long have you guys been friends? Of course you and Leah." I answered "Well I've known Leah my whole life,maybe since I was 6. We both are born in the same year its just that I was born in January and she was born in June."

Corey:

Getting to know Katy. Even though I've heard so much about Katy from Leah,I've been so excited to finally meet her in person. But I think that one day we can start hanging out whenever she wants and go to parties with her. "Has anyone ever told you,that you have the most beautiful brown eyes." I looked at her and I can see that I made her blush. She answered in her shy voice "No, but  thank you." I was about to tell her something but Leah had to order us food.

*After some time later*

Leah:

"Okay who's ready to go?" I asked and I knew Corey wasn't done talking to Katy so I had an idea. "Since we all kind of just met how about Katy and Corey and take Katy's car. And me and Colby will take my car. Sound like a plan?" Everyone nodded and so our journey began in the car to my house
*Leah calling Katy*
"Hello?"
"Hey this is Leah and tell Corey that we are meeting at my house for a movie night. Tell Corey that you will drive him home and get stuff. They are spending the night tonight. Okay Love ya,got to go!"
"Okay bye I'll tell him. Love ya too,bbbyyyeee!!"
As I got off the phone Colby was playing with my radio.I asked him where he lives "Hey where do you live?" He looked at me with this face that looked puzzled, I was startled and said"Sorry its just that I'm having a  party tonight at my house. I was asking if you wanted to go home and get some things from your house cause you're spending the night tonight." He was just staring at me for  a little bit and I think he was thinking but then he answered "Yeah sure I'll spend the night tonight. But I live in an apartment like 5 minutes from here. What kind of party is it?" I wasn't going to answer him because I want him to guess. Then he started to say random things "Pool? Costume? Um....animal?" I was so confused "Animal? No but I have a pool so bring your swim trunks. And I have costume parties in October. But you'll have to wait until we get there." He look so made but I just laughed.

Colby:

I was kinda mad that she wouldn't answer me but I loved how she laughed. So it took us like 3 minutes to get to my house,knowing how fast Leah drives. "Just wait here it won't take me long. Brb" I saw here wait in the car and it kills me seeing her alone.
*5 minutes later*
"Okay I'm ready" I came out almost sounding like I'm out of breath. A couple minutes later I see Leah's house. Oh my god...its so huge I mean its like a mansion. She has a lot of money. We get inside and we see something weird and something out of the ordinary.

Leah:

We pull up in the driveway and I see Colby's eyes they are as big as the sky and I love how his reaction is,its priceless. "So this is your house?" Colby asked with an unsure statement "Yeah this is my house. You seem thrilled and baffled by what you've seen." He just kept his mouth open and looked at me slowly. And then closed his mouth and smiled. Oh my gosh that smile tho, it gets me every time. So we get out of the car and we start walking towards the door. And Colby just stops and looks inside and sees.
