Different Lives, Different Events

Chapter 9

Leah:
I was in the pool then I got out because Katy wanted to ask me something. "Hey tonight I'm going to hang out with Corey because he wants to get to know me more. I need help picking out an outfit! Please you have to help me!!"  I was still shocked,and then I snapped out of it "Okay sure I'll help you you! So tonight will be me and Colby alone?" I already knew the answer because she she started to smile. So I yelled at Colby saying "Hey Colby I have to go help Katy with something, give me like 5 minutes, okay brb." So I ran upstairs with Katy and went to my bedroom to get her dressed. As I was looking Katy asked me something "So how are you getting used to Colby?" I was froze when she asked me and then I replied "He's amazing and I've known so much about him. Tomorrow we are going to the beach because he's never been!" I picked out an outfit just for her. It was a white crop tank top,with jean shorts and a rose and black silky jacket, with shoes that are white. She looked so cute and I was pleased on my work. "Do you think I should tell him why I really moved to California?" She turned around and looked at me for a  little bit then said "I'm not going to push you to tell him. But if you are going to be friends with him you should tell him everything. I told him everything when I started to know him. I'll remember Corey to pick up a pizza for you with extra onions." I smiled and said "Okay." And then she gave me a big hug and left. I went back downstairs and found Colby.

Colby:

I was hanging out with Leah in the pool until Katy had to ask Leah something. And then Leah yelled at me saying "Hey Colby I have to help Katy with something, give me like 5 minutes, okay brb." Then she ran upstairs and disappeared. Corey came over towards me and we started to talk. "So you getting used to Leah?" When I heard what he said I smiled and then answered "Yeah, she's really interesting and I've gotten to know her a lot more. She's really funny and she's just perfect and awesome!" Corey was listening but I knew he wasn't really. Then he said "Believe me man Colby. Leah has always wanted to meet you because she watches every time and you've helped her through a lot. You make her laugh and she's been through a lot. Hey I have to go but still have fun with her and please keep making her happy. Bye!" I was thinking a lot about what Corey said and I need to talk to her about this but I'm not going to push her to tell me. I heard her coming down she looked really bummed and I had to cheer her up. "Hey! What's wrong? You okay?" I saw her look up and wipe a tear away."Yeah I'm fine. Why what's up?" I saw her smile and then she offered of I wanted to go up in the jacuzzi on the balcony. I obviously said yes. But I wanted to know what has happened to her.

Leah:

When I came downstairs I couldn't help but think about what happened. (BTW this is not real,well one thing in here is) I saw Colby looking worried and then looked happy to see me. He asked me what's wrong and I said nothing. "Hey you wanna go to the balcony because there's a jacuzzi?" Her nodded and then we headed up and grabbed towels and drinks and anything else we don't need but want. I need to tell him tonight,tonights the night I need to tell him why I actually moved to California.
