Chapter 58

Sam:

I was so excited for my bro after we proposed to Leah. Grace and I have only been together for 6 months. It feels like longer. Anyways we have to start helping Leah and Colby with their wedding dates and invitations. Graces birthday is actually coming up now that I think about it. I'm not going to propose to her. We've only been together for like 6 months. But Grace is so obsessed with black panther. (Btw any of you who haven't seen it. Go watch it. It's a really good movie!) I have be perfect birthday present for her. She's gonna love it. I think, I hope so. Grace just woke up and comes hopping all the way downstairs in a good mood.
"Whoa! Someone's in a good mood?"
She looked at me and smiled.
"Well yeah obviously! Leah's getting married and I'm so excited!!"
She looked so happy about the news. I was bored today and nothing else to do. Wait me and Grace haven't hung out in awhile come to think about it. With Graces job she got and with me exploring bandos with Colby.
"Hey what are you doing today?"
She looked up at me from her food. Her cheeks filled up and she let out the air.
"Umm I don't know exactly. I don't have to work tonight. Why?"
"Well because we haven't gotten to hang out in a while with everything that's going on. Do you want to hang out tonight? Just the two of us?"
She thought about it for a couple of minutes.
"That would be awesome actually! I miss hanging out with you and having fun!"
I smiled and then asked her
"What do you want to do?"
She rolled her eyes and let out another sigh.
"You expect me to know what I want to do tonight? Ughhh Samuel, I don't know. How bout you choose?"
I laughed. I thought about it for a moment.
"How bout we go to the movies later tonight. But before that we go to the mall and do crap, I take you out for lunch and then we can go Lazer tagging and then watch a movie and then eat supper. Then after all of that we can go and take a stroll in the park?"
She was replaying what I just said in her head. Then she shook her head.
"Yeah I'd be down for that!"
It was settled. We ate breakfast, got dressed and basically stayed away from the house until we had supper. We got in my car and I started to drive. Grace immediately got the AUX cord and plugged her phone in.
"You wish that I was better now...better now!"
She was singing at the top of her lungs. She had an amazing and beautiful voice. Our first stop was at a clothing store. Grace needed new clothes and I needed new clothes too. Since most of my clothes are at California where I lived before I came back to Ohio. Grace went and was trying on different clothes as I watched her expressions change. Grace went back in to try on an outfit when someone tapped me on the shoulder. I spun around quickly. Oh no, I didn't know she moved back to Ohio.
"Hey Sam!"
Oh god, really right now??
"Oh hey Katrina..."
This is not good
"How have you been?"
"I've been good and you?"
I was really hoping that Grace didn't come walking out.

Grace:

Sam planned the whole day out for us to stay away from home and I liked that. Sam needed new clothes and so did I. I went back and tried on so many outfits. I went to try on this one that was super cute. As I was walking out to show Sam, I heard him talking. So I hid behind the corner.
"So you have an girlfriends yet?"
I was upset at the moment. I was about to walk out there but I wanted to hear Sam's response.
"Umm yeah? Why wouldn't I?"
"Oh just wondering because if ya know, things don't work out between you two, you always got me."
I felt so heartbroken once she said that.
"Um actually I'm dating an amazing girl. Her name is Grace and she was far better than you. She treats me like a normal human being, she gives me attention, tells me she loves me all the time. And like she's so beautiful. She has the most beautiful voice I've ever heard. And I don't think me and her are planning on breaking up anytime soon, so get that idea outta your head."
I was on the verge of crying and I was silently awing.
"What makes you so sure?"
"Because I love her Katrina. Can you please go?"
I heard her sound mad and then walked away. Sam was trying to calm down. I come walking out and he turns around. He plasters a fake smile on to show he isn't upset.
"You look really beautiful babe!"
I walked up to him and gave him a hug.
"I love you too."
He hugged me back.
"I'm guessing you heard all of that."
"Yeah I did and Sam I was so mad at you for a little bit because I thought you would go back to her. But I waited and listened to what you had to say and I never want to leave you either."
He smiled and then kissed me.
"I'll go grab the ones I want and then we can check out."
He nodded his head and then smiled. I can back out with all of the clothes I wanted. As we were checking out Sam told me he would pay for this.
"No you aren't."
I said looking him in the eye. When I look down I see him swiping his card.
"Just did."
He smiled and then payed for it all. I felt bad because it so expensive. But Sam didn't care which was bad because I'm going to make him broke. After that we headed to the Mall.
"Sam where do you wanna shop? I know you've been saying that you need new clothes."
Sam looked around at the stores.
"How bout American Eagle Outfitters?"
I nodded my head and we made our way over there. We got there and looked around for clothes, obviously. Sam found a shirt that he liked. I told him to go and try it on. He came out and he looked so cute in it.
"Sam, you need to get that. You looked really good!"
It was a pink neon washed t-shirt. He looked so good with them. He went back with another shirt and came out with it on. I nodded my head. It was a DYE effects t-shirt that was gray. He looked so good. We shopped around some more until he was done. We checked out and went to get food.
"Okay so what is actually food here to eat in Ohio?"
I laughed.
"Well there's Taco Bell, McDonalds, Burger King, IHOB?"
We both laughed on the last one.
"How bout we go to...b dubs?"
I shook my head yes and we went.

*fast forwarding to the movie*

"That was an amazing movie!"
We watch the new Avengers movie, Infinity War.
After the movie Sam drove us to a park nearby. We weren't that hunger for supper.
"Okay hey, you ain't gonna propose to me here right?"
I looked at Sam. He just laughed.
"No silly. But maybe someday I will?"
He looked at me and kissed me.
"No I just wanted to bring you here so then we could maybe talk or even like idk look at the stars?"
I didn't say anything but smiled. We walked until we came to a hill. We say down and looked at the stars.
"It's so beautiful here!"
I said in a quiet tone.
"It's even more beautiful when you're here."
I looked over to him and raised an eyebrow.
"That's was literally the most cheesiest thing I've ever heard come out your mouth."
We both laughed. It was getting late out, so we decided to head back home. We got home, I took a shower and then watched some musicallys before going to bed. Sam crawled in and that was the que for it's time to go to bed. I laid down next to him.
"Thank you Sam for everything today. I missed this. Love you, goodnight."
I said putting my hand on his that was around my waist.
"And thank you for being here and in my life. I love you too Grace, goodnight beautiful."
He kissed the back of my head and at that point I know I made the right choice of choosing him to be my boyfriend, my lover, my friend.

Oh my gosh! I finally wrote another one. I think I'm deciding on Thursdays now for my chapters. I know I always say this but I'm actually gonna try this time. Okay number one I did not mean to have Katrina sounding mean in any way shape or form. I'm sorry but I was only doing it for the story. I'm posting one next week on Graces birthday which is Tuesday.
