Chapter 24

Katy:

I woke up on the couch next to Corey. It was 8 in the morning on a Saturday, a Saturday!! I'm never up this early on a Saturday. I was awoken by Corey snoring, he snores so bad and loud. I nudged him he woke up quickly and looked at me with a confused face. "What's wrong? What time is it?" I looked at the clock "Its 8 in the morning." His one eyebrow raised in confusion "Why did you wake me up then?" I sighed and then got up "Because you were snoring and woke me up and if I can't sleep then neither shall you. Mauhahaha!" I laugh in an evil tone. Corey looked up at me and just smiled and then thought "I do not snore that bad?!" I clenched my teeth and sucked in air and made a hissing noise and backed away slowly "Okay.....?" I went into my bedroom and looked at myself in the mirror and said "Eww." I wore the same clothes yesterday and slept in them?! I was disgusted with myself and needed a shower and new pair of clothes.

*30 minutes later*

I got out of my bathroom and smelled something really good. I got dressed and walked out of my room towards the kitchen. I saw Corey's back to me on the stove making me breakfast and I crept slowly and quiet. I raised my arms and yelled "ROAR!!!" He turned around and said "Oh,hey babe? Good shower?" I slouched down and was in udder disbelief. "How?!" He raised his eyebrow and said "How what?" I was like freaking out and still in disbelief. "How did you not get scared? Leah does that all the time and scares me!" He just laughed and kept on cooking. "Oh that? I could hear you. Babe, I love you and all but you really suck at scaring people." I gave him the death stare.

Corey:

I awoke yo somebody nudging me. I woke up fast but still half asleep and half really confused. "What's wrong? What time is it?" Katy told me that the time was 8 in the morning. She woke me up because I was snoring and if she can't sleep then niether can I. She got up and took a shower. As she was in the shower I thought that making her some breakfast would be nice. I heard the floor creak and I knew it was Kath trying to scare me but it's not going to work today. She yelled so loud and I acted like nothing happened. She got so mad at me but after she ate what I made her she wasn't mad at me anymore. My phone started to buzz and I pulled it out if my pocket I saw that it was Leah. "Hello?" Leah quickly answered "Hey is Katy with you?" I was confused for a moment but then answered "Yeah, why?" Leah took a sigh of relief "Can you give her the phone?" I said sure then handed Katy the phone. I saw Katy nodding and watched her carefully. She said okay and hung up. I looked at her and said "What was all that about?" She looked up from the breakfast I made her "Oh, I didn't put my phone on the charger and she was trying to reach me. But she wanted me to tell you that Leah and Colby are going to Leah's home town and also mine. She wanted to ask if we wanted to come and I said yes obviously. She said if not could we watch Alastair. But she is bringing him with us. That's pretty much want she said. So next month on Sunday the 20th we are leaving for Ohio. Let's go over to Leah's house and see if she wants to hang out." I was surprised that Leah wanted to see her parents again after what had happened in Ohio. But if thats shat she wants to do then she's going to do it. "Okay sure!" I grabbed my keys and headed out the door.
