Different Lives, Different Events

Chapter 35

Grace:

I was behind Sam and I heard footsteps behind me. Everybody looked in my direction. I looked behind me to see if there was anyone there, there wasn't. So we kept walking and I keep flashing the light in the rooms as we passed and didn't see anything. Until I felt somebody strong grab my waist and ran away with me. In the distance I heard Sam's voice calling my name. I know I just met him but I could hear in his voice that he was scared and hurt. I tried yelling back but the guy put his hand over my mouth. He released his hand from my mouth and I took in a deep breath, trying to scream. As I was the mans hand returned with a cloth and something on it. He held it up to my face and I was feeling heavy. Before I knew it I blacked out. I woke up with a bag over my head and my hands were tied. And a cloth tied around my mouth. As I was trying to get free I heard something unlock. Then I heard a creak, long and slow. I imagined it was a door. I heard heavy footsteps coming in my direction and grab my arm. He had a right grip and was hurting me. I stood up and we walked to another room, I'm guessing. As we entered the room they took off the bag. I adjusted my eyes and was squinting to realize who it was. It was Leah. Oh my god...she had blood coming from her mouth and her head. She had brusies everywhere and she looked so weak. It pained me to look at her because I never thought I would see her in this stage. I started to cry and then Jenny spoke about Leah would have to join her or else. The guy holding me pulled out his knife. I told Leah that I'm tough and I can handle this. But no, Leah just had to join them. Geez, I love her and I hate her right now. Because I love her no matter what but she joined them. I started to cry harder. As I left I was thrashing and yelling, but it didn't work. They put the cloth back over my mouth and then I was out.

Sam:

I was looking everywhere for Grace. I looked in every room and couldn't find her. Then there was a last room on the right, I ran and looked in there. There was no Grace. I started to cry because I know I just met her but she is so fascinating to me and I didn't want anything to happen go her. 30 minutes pasted and still no sign of Grace. I was looking through each room and finally I found her. She was unconscious and alright. She was just lying there motionless but she was still breathing. I ran over to her and put her head on my lap. I wanted her to wake up and for all of this to be over.

Colby:

We were looking for Grace everywhere. I can't loose her because when we do find Leah, she wants to see her. We finally found her after a good search through all of the rooms. Sam ran over and picked up Grace and put her on his lap. She was motionless but still breathing. Then we heard a loud scream, I know that scream...Leah? I started running towards the scream and I ran faster and faster until it stopped. I left everybody behind and looked for who was screaming. I looked around and saw nobody or nothing. I heard big thuds and followed the noise. I eventually found what the sound was. It was a toy car running into the wall. It was okay, but wait that car had an antenna and it can't operate unless it has a remote. I turned around quickly and blacked out.

Leah:

I was met by another dude but different. He tried grabbing me and I screamed hoping somebody would hear me. I wasn't paying attention and he grabbed me from behind. And put his hand over my mouth. There was another guy, geez how many men do you need? He had a remote controlled car and started to run it into the wall making loud thudding. Me and the guy who had ahold of me his in a room. I heard somebody walk by, I peaked out the door and it was him,Colby!! I tried to speak but the guy just tightened his arm around my waist making it hard to breathe. Colby looked confused for a little bit and then we turned around. The guy knocked him and out and I was in tears, no Colby!! I cried and cried. Then I heard people running and both of the men looked at each other and we escaped. The guy next to me was carrying Colby and that made me more sad. Seeing him there just motionless. I started to cry more and more. Then I saw flashlights behind me and saw them running after us.
