Title: Malnutrition
TW: ED

I watched from afar in complete dissatisfaction as Choji had polished off a bag of potato chips, just to pull another one out from his weapons pouch. I soon began to wonder if he had any weapons in it at all. As soon as Ino and Shikamaru went their separate ways, I quickly walked over to Choji to strike up a conversation.

"Hey Choji!" I called to him happily as I approached him. He turns his head down to look at me and a bright smile perches on his lips.

"Hiya (Y/n), nice to see ya!" Choji exclaimed, elated. I sighed contently before my face turned grave.

"Choji, I wanted to talk to you about something very serious." I said suddenly, catching Choji by surprise.

"Okay then, shoot." Choji stated, still care free.

"It's about your health, Choji. All you eat is potato chips and meats. I'm worried." I explained carefully. Choji's face fell quickly and he became distant. He turned around to face away from me and started walking away.

"Oh, I understand, I'm sorry." Choji replied over his shoulder, before leaving me completely. I stared at him in shock, before I came back to my senses.

"Hey, Choji wait! How am I supposed tell him about the vitamins now?" I called, but he was already gone. I'm a medic nin, and health is one of my top priorities. A determined look flashed across my face as I walked into the hospital, going straight to the lab to start experimenting. Trail and error was constant now as I began searching through every medical text I could get my hands on, then wrote down all of the vitamins and minerals I would need to include.

This task alone took an entire week. After I'd perfected the list of ingredients, I raced to Tsunade's office, for I had to go to the Mist and Sound Village to get most of the components. As I entered her office without knocking as I usually did, I saw Choji and his team, and Choji looked awful.

"Do you not have any manners at all?!?" Tsunade yelled ferociously, slamming her fist onto her wooden desk. Though she was angry, I completely ignored her and focused my attention on Choji.

"Choji, are you alright? You don't look so good, why don't you let me-" I began, but Choji cut me off.

"No thanks, I have a mission." Choji replied blankly. I stared at him confused at the sudden mood change.

"Well, just remember what I said about-" I began once again, but he cut me off, much more harshly this time.

"I remember." Choji practically spat. I jumped slightly, startled at the tone in his voice.

"Oh, alright. I'm sorry to interrupt, but this is urgent. Lady Tsunade, I need a four day leave. I need to get all of the ingredients on this list, immediately it looks like." I said, handing the list to Tsunade, then glancing back to Choji's weak form. Her eyes widened and she stared back at me in disbelief.

"What do you need all of this for? This is going to be tremendously expensive, and not to mention difficult to get." Tsunade claimed, baffled. I sighed heavily and nodded.

"I know, I'm buying the items myself, and I making something." I explained, taking the list back.

"Okay then, see you in five days." Tsunade said dismissively.

"Thanks Lady Tsunade, see ya Choji, be careful. Bye guys." I waved at the group. Shika and Ino both nodded to me, but Choji was still blank.

"Yeah." Choji grunted. I felt slightly hurt by his attitude, but I left to pack, then raced to the Mist first, then the Sound. It was a lot of tiring work, but on the fifth day, I was back in the village. After stopping by Tsunade's office to check in, I went straight to the lab. I was carefully combining all of the substances, when I heard a familiar voice yell my name frantically.
