To explain what my workout
Looks like
To thoroughly breakdown
How far I've come

My workout is this
All machines except the treadmill
Are 2 sets of 15
But the weights lifted
The laps swam
That's where it all lies

100 stomach crunches
30 leg bends
Are done at home everyday too
Then come
3 pounds per wrist
5 pounds free weights per hand

10 minutes at 3.8 on the treadmill
A machine for shoulders and chest
At 45 pounds

Hamstring press at 60 lbs
Abductor at 55 lbs
Adductor at 100 lbs
Arm curl at 50 lbs
Bicep workout at 30 lbs

Leg press at 115 pounds
Then move on to strengthening
Ankles
And all stretches

On a different day
New optimal is now 20 laps
In the pool
1 mile is 35 laps
Do the math

And though I cannot yet work
I am doing my PhD on top of this

I'm 1 year and 10 months out
And this is what I'm able to do
ME no longer controls my life
It exists in the recesses of my blood

Nothing more
It still gives me the brain fog
I'm not completely out of the woods
But I'm making a serious sprint for it

And I'm not slowing down
Each day I'm trying something
New to fix what needs fixing

Because hope, faith, prayer, and love
Is what brings us out of the worst
Towards our best
