You step out of your room wearing a white mini dress with your long hair pulled up in a ponytail and your face makeup free save for some lip tint and powder.

I gasp as you walk towards me like a vision while I sit on the couch.

You smile shyly and bite your lip. "I hope this is okay for the date. Ito lang ang nakita kong not too formal and not too casual. I already cleansed my face so I didn't want to put on much makeup and I don't think I have time for that either. So..."

I get up and walk towards you, my eyes never leaving your lovely face. I touch your cheek and whisper. "You're beautiful. Just one thing."

"Ano?" You frown. "Sabi na pangit eh. Dito na lang kaya tayo."

"Sssshhhh..." I smile and hold your hand. "Ito lang." I reach over your head and remove your hair tie, letting your glorious silky brown mane cascade down your shoulders and back. "Perfect." I sigh dreamily and stare.

"Talaga ba?" You ask as you tuck your hair behind your ear.

"Yes. Just perfect. Allons-y." I grin as I offer my hand to you.

"Ano yun? Let's go?"

"Yes. French naman para maiba."

"Go where? Saan ba talaga tong date na to?" You ask.

"Does it matter?"

"No. As long as I'm with you." You smile and place your hand on my palm.

"I love you." I whisper in your ear as I escort you out.

After a few minutes, I park my car in front of a hotel just a few meters from the entrance and away from the public eye where Mama Ten meets us. You two hug excitedly as you tell each other how much you missed one another.

"Uhm... Excuse me, Ma. Ako yung date?" I say after clearing my throat to remind you of my presence.

"Alam ko. Ito naman. Ano pa kayang ginawa ko dito kundi chineck ko yung pa-emerut mo sa loob. Eto." She says, handing me the keycard and two hoodies. "Okay na lahat. Suot niyo na lang yan at may iilan pang tao sa lobby. Diretso na kayo sa elevator. Wag nang lumingon-lingo baka makilala pa kayo."

"Yes, Ma. Thank you po." You tell her sweetly before hugging her again.

"Thank you, Ma. Uwi na po kayo. Pahatid ka na kay Eric."

"Sige. Enjoy kayong mag-jowa. Magkaka-apo na ba ako?" She giggles.

"Ma! Wala pa nga! Umuwi ka na nga!" I protest and shove her to the direction of the van.

We chuckle as we put on our jackets and hold hands as we enter the hotel. Luckily, no one even gives us a second glance as we ride the elevator to the room I got for us.

I can feel you tense up as you squeeze my hand tighter and sigh. We are in a hotel after all, just the two of us, for the first time since we have officially become a couple.
