Hello! I don't really have much to say other than enjoy, so ENJOY!

(y/n)'s POV

Look Troy, I get it. You have your basketball guys and I have my chemistry. We  weren't mean to be. Just forget about callbacks.

I turned to walk away, gripping my prop books, pretending to hesitate when Dan watched me leave. We were rehearsing a scene for the musical and Mrs. V seemed to be enjoying it so far.

"Wonderful, just wonderful. Bring in my Sharpay and Ryan please." Dan and I exited the stage and I started towards Caspar and Phil when Dan yanked me aside.

"What?" I asked, slightly annoyed.

"Please listen. Caspar is not a nice guy. Don't trust him." Dan said, glancing over my shoulder wearily. I glared at him.

"Yeah, because information coming from you has been so trustworthy in the past." I retorted, walking away. Dan sank into a chair, away from us. I sat down and gave a huff. Phil just looked at me.

"What did he do now?" Phil asked, glancing over at the sulking figure down a few rows.

"Jackass thinks he has the right to give me advice. Like I should even consider listening to him." I said, slumping down in my seat.

"Advice about what?" I glanced over at Caspar, who had asked the question, and felt a knot twist in my stomach.

"Nothing really important, I wasn't really listening. I never really do." I lied. Caspar nodded and looked down at his feet.

"What did he do to you?" he asked. Phil shot him a glance and I sighed. I looked over at the mess of brown hair, studying it.

"He's just a bully is all. Has been most of my life." I said, twisting my fingers.

So much for changing my mind. Dan always did that. Got my hopes of becoming friends up just to watch them crumble.

"That doesn't make sense. How could someone want to bully someone as pretty and sweet as you."

"I guess it doesn't have to." I replied, ignoring the fact my stomach practically jumped out of my body at the compliment.

"I'm sorry." he replied.

"It's no big deal, and it isn't your fault." I said, placing my hand on his forearm. He smiled and slide his hand into mine, making my entire face go beet red. Phil noticed this and gave me a look. I just shrugged. Rehearsal ended and I stood up, Caspar's hand still locked in mine. We swung them as we walked. I could feel Dan's gaze burn into us and Phil left to go talk to him.

"(y/n), I know I've only known you for a day, but I was wondering if you would want to go on a date with me sometime."

"Is tomorrow okay? I don't have rehearsal that day." I said smiling.

"Yeah, that's perfect. I'll see you later, (y/n)."

"See ya later pineapple." he shot me a glare at the nickname and I just grinned. Phil caught up to me.

"WHAT WAS THE HAND HOLDING FOR?!" Phil asked, his eyes wide.

"He just likes me I guess. He asked me out for tomorrow." I replied, nonchalantly. Phil stopped in his tracks.

"You agreed?" he asked, biting his lip and glancing around nervously.

"Yeah. He was nice enough to ask me out and I agreed? What's wrong with that?" I said, stopping next to him.

"You're going on a date with Caspar?" I turned to see Dan, shocked at the news. He almost looked sad.

"Yeah. Seriously. What's wrong with that?!" I asked again.
