Hey. Yup.
DODIE MY QUEEN.
Enjoy.
(y/n)'s POV
Ugh.
I sunk back into Caspar and let out a sigh. It was Friday evening an we had nothing to do. Grace and Dan were across the street doing God know's what and has passed us a few times. It was on purpose and I knew it. I was resting in between Caspar's legs, his chest on my back and his arms around me. Phil was sat across from us and Zoe was sprawled out in a star shape. I nuzzled into Caspar, letting out another sigh.
"Yes?" he asked, chuckling.
"I'm bored." I said.
"So am I. What do I do about it?" Caspar asked. We had gained Phil's attention now. It has been a good week so far dating Caspar, but I can tell Phil doesn't like him too much.
"Entertain me!" I said. He shrugged his shoulders and pressed a kiss to the top of my head. His face drifted down to my cheek, then my jaw, and my neck. I pushed his face away. "That's not what I mean." I said. Phil scowled and when he caught eyes with me he smiled. Fake.
"Well, then I don't know." He said, giving me a squeeze and leaning back against the tree trunk. A laugh caught my attention and there they were. Again. It's like he's trying to annoy me. We're both happy right? So why won't he leave me alone? And why does he think it'll work. I glanced up at Caspar who was looking as well. I followed his gaze and I could've sworn he was looking at Grace. Checking her out almost. My heart sank and I ignored it sitting back uncomfortably.
"What's wrong?" Caspar asked, his fingers tracing up and down my arm.
"Nothing. I'm going to head home. Sorry." I said, standing up. I started off, not saying goodbye. Of course he likes Grace. She's pretty, funny, fashionable, nice (if you're not me), and she's willing to do almost anything you ask. If you know what I mean...
I sighed and lugged myself across the sidewalk, towards home.
"Hey, (y/n)!" I stopped and cringed. That voice was like nails on a chalkboard.
"Hello." I said, turning to see Grace and Dan who had caught up to me. Both were currently glaring at me.
"Where's Caspar? I saw you just leave without kissing him goodbye. Having trouble?" Grace asked, pulling a mocking sad face at me.
"Nope, none at all. Just heading home." I said, blankly, hoping she would let me go.
"You sure?" she asked, glaring at me. What? Was she expecting me to break down in front of her?? "I'm very sure Grace. Just--" I started.
"(y/n)!" Phil called. I glanced at him, running up to me. "You should have waited for me!! It's our project you know!" he said, giving me a face to play along.
"Yeah, sorry. Just got a little caught up. Let's go." I said. I turned and started with Phil.
"Wait!!" I sighed and turned to look back at Grace. "I can talk to him if you'd like." Grace said. I felt anger boil up inside of me and I felt myself start to boil over.
"What is that supposed to mean?!" I asked.
"What? It's just a favor." Grace said, sneering.
"You stay away from him." I said.
"Or what? You'll tell on me? That's all you can do." She said.
"Just leave us alone!" I retorted.
"Whatever you cowa--"
"Grace. Let's go." I looked over at Dan who had spoken for the first time in the entire conversation.
