I left the next morning after dinner and I didn't even tell Jason goodbye in person, I just woke up, changed into some leggings and a loose grey shirt and left. My baby bump was already at 2 months and I already knew that it wasn't normal. I saw that I was getting paler then usually, my body slowly didn't want to accept any food and I noticed that I really had no choice but to go to the Volturi.

When I arrived to Italy, I somehow didn't feel nervous anymore. I went to a hotel to go change my outfit because I knew the Volturi wouldn't appreciate my choice of clothing as a homeless person. So I just put on a loose black turtle neck dress and some ankle boots, and I was ready to go.

I walked over to their place—because I didn't really have that much money to rent a car—but before I could even knock Alec immediately opened the door.

"Well well if it isn't the human Holland fell in love with... like Edward Cullen."

I glared at him and scoffed, "we are nothing like the Cullen's."

Alec smirked, "I can see that... where is your husband? And why are you still human anyways?"

"I want to see Aro."

"I don't think so, considering you are still human." Jane said as she made her way towards us.

"I have an offer Aro may want to take upon."

Jane looked at me for a minute before walking off, "follow us."

I followed Jane and her brother to Aro's office but as I walked in, Demetri glared at me and I glared back.

"Aro you have a visitor."

Before I could even look straight, Aro was already in-front of me. His bright red orbs looking straight into me, "Y/n... what a pleasure to see you," He said.

"Where is your beloved?"

"He left me."

"And you are still mortal."

"I need your help."

Aro quickly let go of my hands and walked off, "I can't help you."

Demetri and Felix quickly grabbed me and tried to drag me away but, I pushed them off and walked towards Aro.

"How many heartbeats are in this room!"

Everyone looked at me and there was silence for a minute or two. Dead silence.

Aro looked at my stomach and then laughed, "how marvelous!"

He rushed over towards me and placed a hand on my stomach, listening closely to the baby's heartbeat.

"There is two of them... their hearts are strong."

"Two?" I mumbled in disbelief. Aro looked at me in confusion.

"You didn't know?"

"I thought there was only one."

"What do you want from us?!" Caius yelled holding an angry expression. I looked at him and placed my hands on my stomach.

"Help with this pregnancy... my body is slowly not accepting food, I'm becoming thinner and paler, I'm already 2 months pregnant physically but mentally I'm 2 weeks and 4 days... this isn't a normal pregnancy and obviously it wouldn't be since a vampire got me knocked up. I need help and you people are my only choice."

I looked at Aro and grabbed his hands, "I know that you know I will have powers if I become a vampire and if my babies have powers too, We could be of use... I want these babies and I want to live to be able to see them grow."

"You are willing to risk your life for these children?" Aro asked. I gave him a nod and gripped his hands tighter.

"Of course I would... I have nothing left."

Aro looked over to his brothers and gave them a nod. He looked back at me and softly smiled.

"We will help you."

2 weeks felt like 2 months. That's not surprising though, having gone by this much and my stomach has gotten bigger, like 7 months big. Every time I slept, it grows and every time I wake up, I notice. My body has become more thinner and my skin more paler, I was tired, hungry, thirsty and no matter what I ate I threw it back up.

"We need to get food in her system without it being thrown back out." Jane said as she and the rest of the Volturi hovered over me.

Demetri has gotten over protective of me and the babies and so has Caius. They stood by me and held my hand whenever I was in pain. Who knew it would take a desperate human with hybrid babies for them to become soft.

Heidi had become like a mother figure to me and Jane like a sister. Aro was like a father figure and Marcus like a grandfather, he adored how much I loved my babies even if they aren't born yet.

I had a connection with them.

"My throat.." I groaned and winced in pain, "is dry."

"The babies are thirsty." Aro whispered.

Alec and Felix chuckled before walking off. They later returned with a human holding her arm out.

"I volunteered." She said to me, smiling softly.

I looked at her and then at Aro, before Demetri went up to her and bit her arm. She screamed in pain and Heidi quickly grabbed a cup so the blood would pour in. I gave the lady a sympathetic look. This was kind of her.

Jane took the cup from Heidi and placed a straw in it before placing it near my lips and giving me a soft genuine smile.

Kindness looked good on the Volturi when they allowed themselves.

I hesitated for a second. How was this going to make me feel better? I wrapped my chapped lips around the straw and slowly started to drink the blood.

I pulled away and waited for a second and hummed in bliss at the taste. The warmth gliding down my dry throat made it feel like I finally had water. And then remembered how when I first figured out I was pregnant, I had poured chicken blood all over my chicken.

"It tastes amazing... I want more."

Caius sat me up and I took the cup from Jane, drinking more blood. I felt a bit better.

Aro grabbed my arm and began to hear for my pulse. He grinned and placed a hand on my stomach, "she's getting stronger."

"They are like us." Alec said.

"Definitely like us." Demetri replied, sitting down next to me.

"It hurts! ow fuck- it hurts!" I yelled gripping the sides of the bed.

Aro looked at everyone as they tried to get near me to help. They were all worried, everything was happening so fast. We thought we had a bit more time.

"Jane, Heidi stay here I'm going to need help. Alec, Felix, Demetri go find a human for Y/n and brothers..."

Aro turned to Caius and Marcus and gave them a look, "once the babies are out, we turn her."
