"So what made you consider this job?" the lady in blond hair asked me, ripping me away from admiring her house. Her husband was right next her and was a bit intimidating but I knew he was trying not to be.
"I wanna move to U.S, save up money to at least go over and find an apartment that could last me a month or so until I find another job."
The lady gave me a nod and encouraged me to go on. Which made me feel uneasy cause I didn't know how.
"I want to become an author and as much as I love England I can't do it here. Maybe I can but I want a fresh start to get my mind going. All I can figure out to write is my life, which hasn't gone that far."
I slightly nervously chuckled at my own little joke but the lady's husband did laugh more then I do.
"Ah let's take her in Nikki, she's young and funny. She'd be good company and it won't be awkward when she walks in and we're all doing something."
I slightly raised my finger, "that is if it's something private then I will stumble out and probably trip."
He laughed again, "see! A funny girl!"
The lady whose name is Nikki, sighed and shrugged her shoulders, "well it seems you clearly like her and I do have a feeling like I trust her. What about the boys?"
The man shrugged, "we pay this house and they only live in it. We have a say."
Nikki smiled then looked at me, "congratulations you're hired."
The next few days I was able to relax a little before I started my job. I bought my uniform and was set for my first day. I was a little nervous though since the Holland's told me they have four kids which were all boys. When I got to their house, I knocked on the door and Dominic was the one to open it.
"Y/n hello! Come in!"
I walked into the house and followed Dominic to the living room. I was immediately greeted by Nikki and saw four boys sitting on the couch.
"Hello." I said softly, slightly waving my hand.
"Y/n these are my four troublemakers. Tom the oldest, Harry and Sam the twins, and Paddy the youngest."
"Ah you look like a charmer." I told Paddy. He giggled and gave me a nod.
"I am! These three are losers."
"Paddy!" Nikki playfully warned. I smiled and felt a little uncomfortable as I noticed Tom was staring at me. It wasn't a bad stare but I just don't like it when people stare at me and I feel it.
"Hello it's nice to meet you." Harry spoke, holding out his hand to shake.
