"Aro!" I yelled as loud as I could. I was in pain, I felt the babies trying to find a way out but I had broken bones before I went into labor, so it was hard to handle the pain of labor when I'm also dealing with the pain of my broken bones and feeling of fire going through my veins.

"How's the blood Y/n?" Heidi asked as she sat down next me.

I looked at her and smiled, "it's so delicious... I can see why you guys can never get enough."

Heidi laughed. Everyone (besides Aro and his brothers) went out to eat so they can be ready for me to pop and not try to kill me the second they see blood. I had my own room, they knew how much I loved my privacy and figured I would need it til the babies came.

"I figured out the names for them." I told Heidi.

Heidi looked at me and smiled, "tell me!"

I smiled back at her and placed a hand on my stomach, "Veronica Jade Y/l/n and Charles King Y/l/n."

"What if they're both girls or boys?" Heidi snickered.

I shook my head and rubbed my stomach. I knew they would be a boy and a girl, I just had the feeling.

"No.. they are a boy and girl, I just know it."

Heidi smiled and I leaned forward to put down my cup of blood. After I did that I slowly tried to lift myself off the couch.

"Y/n, don't you'll hurt yourself." Heidi warned. I ignored her and still, but slowly pushed myself up until my arm snapped.

"Oh my god!" I yelled in excruciating pain, next I knew I fell to my knees. Hearing them crack and made my head spin, before my head could hit the floor Heidi was already holding me.

Aro and the rest of the Volturi quickly rushed their way in the room, with wide eyes.

"What happened?!" Aro yelled at Heidi as he stormed his way towards us.

Heidi looked up at him and shook her head, "she tried to stand on her own and her arm snapped and then she fell and her knees cracked as well!.. I-I tried to warn her not to but you know how stubborn she is!"

"Shut up!" I yelled and gripped Heidi's hand.

"Get her on the bed!" Caius yelled.

Demetri picked me up and gently placed me on the bed. I growled and huffed. I felt the babies fighting inside of me.

"It hurts! ow fuck- it hurts!" I yelled gripping the sides of the bed.

Aro looked at everyone as they tried to get near me to help. They were all worried especially for my state.

"Jane, Heidi stay here I'm going to need help. Alec, Felix, Demetri go find a human for Y/n and brothers..."

Aro turned to Caius and Marcus and gave them a look, "once the babies are out, we turn her."

"Aro!" I yelled again. He turned his attention towards me and Jane grabbed a scalpel.

"Are you crazy! We need to numb her!" Caius yelled. Jane glared at him and slightly growled.

"There's no time, she's dying. They're dying!"

"Ugh! You guys suck! You suck! GET THEM OUT!"

Jane swiftly cut me open and I screamed in agony. I grabbed the sides of the bed one more time because that was the only movement I could do.

Marcus made his way towards me pushing my hair back, trying to calm me down.

"Sweet child calm down please... you're screams are so loud, I bet they can hear you from outside."

"It hurts." I whimpered, I looked over at Heidi and she gave me a nod. She started biting her way to get the babies out and I screamed once more.

Never did I imagine the birth to be like this, but then again I couldn't really imagine the birth at all. Caius and Marcus had to hold me down while Jane stood by ready to hold a baby and Aro also stood by ready to turn me.

Heidi bit me one more time and pulled until it felt like I was able to breathe. I sighed in relief when I felt something come out.

"Charles." Heidi whispered, cradling a beautiful baby boy in her arms. I stared at him for a second and smiled. That was my son.

I gasped in pain again and gripped the bed, "Heidi!"

Heidi handed the baby to Jane and Jane walked off to go clean Charles. I didn't take my eyes off them until they were out of sight. Again Heidi bit me to help Veronica out and I slightly squeezed my eyes, grabbing Caius's hand.

"She's almost out Y/n!"

Caius and Aro pulled my arms out and Marcus held my head to the side.

"Demetri!" Heidi yelled.

Demetri and the rest of the boys came in and Aro told Demetri and Felix to bite my thighs because he figured his venom (and his brother's) wouldn't be enough to change me.

"Get ready boys!" Heidi yelled again.

I gasped and sat up, tired and overwhelmed by the pain, "let me go!"

Marcus pushed me down but I struggled to sat up.

"Let me go!" I yelled once again.

Heidi bit me one more time before any of us heard another cry.

"Veronica." Heidi said softly.

I smiled at the name, but my smile went again when I felt the fangs pierce through my skin.

The burning sensation taking over my body was enough for me to let out one more scream. My body went cold but felt hot at the same time.

"Do you think it will work?" Heidi asked Aro, as she wrapped Veronica in a blanket. Aro looked at me and wiped his mouth.

"It has too... She can't die."
