Our reactions weren't as dramatic as it sounds. For humans (those who were watching), it was a slight hesitation. Their expressions were filled with shock, confusion, and even fear. I glanced over at my kids before returning my glare.
"Just place the chairs beside them and leave a space in between." Mrs. Long instructed.
Harrison walked past by me still keeping eye contact and then Sam stood on my left side, slightly bending down to place the chair. Our eyes were locked.
"Y/n?" He whispered that only I could hear. At this moment I didn't know what to do so I merely looked at him and raised my eyebrow, giving him a curious look.
He slowly straighten his posture and took a deep breath before returning to his desk with his brother and friend. I mentally scolded myself as I just realized I had broke one of Aro's sacred personal rule; never act upon your emotions. My shield went up and I slammed it against Sam's back. Harrison quickly caught his friend and they both looked at each other, then around the class and then at me. I could tell they were trying to play it off. The class looked over to them and I still kept my glare on Sam. He quickly sat down and his expression completely changing.
Pulling my powers back, from the corner of my eye I could see the look exchange my kids shared. They can feel whatever I feel, it's a connection we have so they know exactly what I have done.
"What the hell was that mom?" Charles asked telepathically.
I can hear them because I choose to hear them, other then that if I don't wanna hear it, I block them. I would have scolded at Charles for talking to me like that but I understand. Mom doesn't usually act out for no reason. I looked at Veronica and she looked pissed. She gave Sam and Haz a hard glare, testing them, letting them know she would snap their necks in a heartbeat. I nudged my head towards Veronica and her brother looked at his sister before whispering in her ear to calm down.
"Ok! Let's start!" The teacher said, clapping her hands.
The twins and I sat down on the stools and looked at Mrs. Long for further instructions.
"You three will introduce yourselves, then the class will be able to ask you questions that only you can answer.
Mrs. Long went up to Veronica and placed a hand on her back, blinking multiple times as she slightly flinching at the hotness that my daughter had. She and her brother are a lot hotter, same as Douglas. I still don't understand it, I just say it's because they're hybrids.
"Let's start with you darling." Mrs. Long cleared her throat, smiling down at my daughter.
"Well what do I say?" V asked, glaring at the boys.
"You're name, about yourself that would be nice, like hobbies, interests, etc."
Veronica let out a little huff and then pulled a smile onto her face before sitting up straight.
