she's a star.
her name is so utterly her, it is calm and simple and just so, not too flashy nor eccentric, she is the warmth radiating off the christmas lights but she is perennial.
she lives among the stars.
her mother is a jeweler, her father kind and supportive, her sister an artist, her brother a football star in the making, she is so wonderfully calm in this household of spotlights but she is one herself.
she brings starlight wherever she goes.
what people know her as is a constant smiling face with something good to say, her voice is soft but so compelling, she is the model student, model person everyone wishes to be in the back of their minds.
she is burning.
she will not fizzle out as she wishes to, for i will document her travels, she is not someone who should blend into the framework of society, i will watch as she becomes a supernova, i will name constellations illegally in her honor, she will not be forgotten.
she is light.
