Chapter 38

I hopped into the car.  I waited about five minutes before Louis came out and jumped into the passenger's seat.

We drove in silence for quite awhile.  It takes us about 30 minutes before we can reach the outer brim of the city.

"So Louis how are you," I said. He finally looked up from his phone. 

"I am pretty good," he said, "How about yourself".

"I am good too," I said.

Then another awkward silence came over us.  Finally he put his phone away and watched me as I drove.  It was seriously really creepy. 

"So which one do you like," he asked.

"What," I said.

"Which one of the boys do you have a crush on," he asked, "Don't lie to me cause I already know".

"Then why are you asking," I said back to him.

"I just want to here you say it," he said.

I took a deep breath.  Metal I was thinking of what the guys would do when they found out, Louis isn't the best at keeping secrets, from what I can remember.  Zayn would be an absolute no, same thing with Liam and Louis.  Although Louis does make me laugh which is a good quality to have as a guy, however I don't feel attracted to him in any way.

Harry is pretty cute, and I definitely have feelings for him, however I am not sure if the feelings are past or present. 

"Niall," I said.  He was the only one who was left and we have been really connecting these past few days and weeks.

Louis smiled, "I was right".

"How did you know," I said.

"Well I caught you and Niall a few minutes before you were about to kiss in that big sofa chair in the study," he said, "Also when you guys are around each other you both are very giddy".

"So it is that obvious," I said.

"Yeah pretty much," he said.

I nodded my head as I parked in a parking space.  We both hopped out of the car and went into the store.

I walked into the target, and went over to the makeup section.  I picked up some eyeliner, and a few new brushes.  Louis followed me around as I went to the different aisles of the store, picking up beauty supplies and groceries.  I came to a stop next to the hair supplies.  I grabbed a few bottles of shampoo and through them into the cart. 

"Ready," I say.  Louis nods his head and follows me to the cashier's line.  I start but stuff on the conveyer belt.  Once I am finish, I am fumbling with my purse to get my money out.  Once I hand it to the cashier, I see that she had already took Louis and was handing the recipt over.  I look at Louis and he just smiles at me. 

We walk out of the store.

"Louis, you didn't have to pay," I said.

"Its fine, you do enough for us, the least I could do was pick up the tab," he said.

"Well, thank you," I said with a smile.  We finished loading the stuff in the trunk and Louis got into the drivers seat.  I guess he was driving home today.  I sat in the passengers seat, exhausted and closed my eyes.  I open them again when I feel the car come to a stop.  I though I had fallen asleep, but this time I didn't.  I opened my eyes to see we were in front of the mall.

"Louis were is home," I said.

"Lets go here first," he said.

"Ok," I said, "What for".

"Something," he said.

We walked into the mall.  We walked around to different stores as he shopped and looked around.  I tried on a few things but didn't want to buy anything.  We finally approached Windsor.  That is where I found the prettiest dress ever. 

It was a one shoulder blue sequenced dress.  It was so pretty.  I loved it.  Louis walked around the store as I tried on the dress.  I twirled in the public mirror of the dressing room.  I was only thinking of were I would were it to.  I mean I didn't have a dance or any special event coming up.  I watched in the mirror as it flowed fitting my body so well. 

I looked up to see Louis standing their watching me. 

"Are you going to buy it," he asked.

"I don't think so, I have no where to wear it to," I said.

"How about coming to an award show with us," said Louis, "When you come back to LA with us".

"Who said I was coming back," I said.

"I did," he said.  I smiled.

"I don't think I am ready for it," I said, "All the question".

"Well come back with us for a weekend, maybe go to an award show with us," he said, "We have one coming up".

"I don't know, who will watch Maggie," I said.

"I already asked Colton," he said, "Yes was his answer".

"Really," I said.

"Yeah, he just wants you to be happy and everything," said Louis, "Please, just for a weekend".

"Maybe," I said, "When is the award show".

"This weekend," said Louis, "We leave Thursday night".

"You mean I have less than 3 days to decide," I said.

"Yeah," he said, "But we all know what your answer is".
