Chapter 50

He kept looking at me.  I had nothing to say.  I mean I had no clue what to do. 

"So what is the first thing that comes to your mind," he asked.  I would of replied back but, Maggie was sitting nxt to me. 

"I have to take Maggie to bed, can we talk about it after," I asked.  I started to move, but Harry took Maggie.

"Let me take her," he said.  He grabbed her out of my arms and took her upstairs to the bed.  He wasn't up their long, while he was up their I took his clothes and put them to dry.

"So Allyson, what was your first thought," he asked.

"Uhmm, is this a joke," I asked.

"No, why do you think it is," he said.

"Is this like a british version of the TV show punked," I asked.

"I don't think we have one," said Harry.

We stood thier for a minute waiting and looking at each other. 

"So you have nothing to say," he said.

"Listen, Harry I understand that you like me and all, but I am already commited to Liam and I...I don't feel that we have anything in common," I said.

"Well what do you and Liam have in common," he asked. 

"Well, we are pretty responsible, we enjoy kid movies, and we are very mature," I said.

"Your saying I am a childish," he said.

"No, what I mean is I could never see Liam hurting me," I said.

Harry looked at the ground, as if he was getting scolded.

"Harry, don't be sad," I said.

"Why would you think I would ever hurt you," he said.

"It isn't that Harry," I said.

"Then what is it, your not making any sense," he screamed.

"Harry," I said as calm as I could, "I don't have to look out for just myself, I also have Maggie.  I also have other duties too".

"Like what," he said.

"Like soon, Maggie will be entering school, I will have to find a new job, I will have to become more like a mother figure.  You know how hard that is going to be.  I never had a mother, I don't know what it is like to have one.  I need a support, and I can't just be a one time deal. You date me than you break up with me.  Harry your going to find a girl one day.  I just can't deal with the fact that I you could break my heart in seconds," I said I began to tear up a bit. 

"Ally," he said, "I love you though, I will always love you".

"Harry, it is going to change on of these days, and you know it," I said.

Everything went silent for a minute.  Harry continued to look at the ground. 

"Do you know where Liam is tonight," asked Harry.

"Dinner with someone," I said, "Why".

"No reason," he said.  He walked out of the laundry room and into the kitchen. 

"So their was basically know point in coming tonight," he said.

"Harry what are you talking about, we both shared are feelings about each other," I said.

He nodded.  "I guess it was good," he said. 

"Yeah," I said.

"I will see you at the wedding I guess," he said.  He began to walk out the door. 

"Harry, your forgetting things," I said," your clothes".

He was throwing on his clothes when, Liam walked into the door. 

"Hey," I said. Before Liam could respond Harry started talking.

"Who is their," said Harry.

Liam looked at me, and I looked at Harry, who was peeping out of the laundry room.  This looked bad.

"Harry," Liam said, "What are you doing here".

"Oh nothing, justed helped out with the center pieces for the wedding on Saturday," said Harry.

"Oh, cool, I am guessing Allyson did everything," he said.

"Yeah pretty much," I said.

"Liam will you drive Harry back to his place," I asked.

"Sure," he said. 

"Thank you," I said.  I then pushed them out the door and towards the car.  It was raining pretty bad. I closed the door and fliped on the TV channel.  It was already very late, and I didn't know what channel to change too. I decided to just watch TMZ.  I waited for Liam, to come back but then I realized something.  He was on TMZ. 

"Sources have said that Liam Panye was with his ex-girlfriend tonight at ABC steakhouse.  This source also said tht the two looked very close to even kissing at one point of this date.  We have some pictures of th two."  I see Liam sitting next to this blonde headed girl.  Each picture was ok, until they got a picture of the kissing.  It was a kiss.  Like a kiss kiss.  No like kiss on the cheek or anything.

 I took a few deep breaths and Lottie came back and joined me. 

"Maybe their is an explaination," she said.  

"Yeah, that would be one big explanation," I said.

"Do you want to talk about it," she asked.

"Nah, I am good.  I just need some sleep," I said.

She nodded.

"Acctually can you just watch Maggie for me," I said, "I need to take a walk".

"Really in the rain," she said, "Yeah sure I will take care of Maggie".

I grabbed a rain coat from the closet and went outside.  I walked to the nearest bus stop.  I got on the bus and rode it.  It was going to be a long night.
