           Rebecca was nervous. Kyle's parents were due to be here at any moment. Kyle walked over and hugged her, before saying "They will love you Baby. Relax." Rebecca shook her head and replied "How do you know that?" Kyle chuckled, shaking his head, he said "Because, I love you and the kids love you. They will see how much you love us, and that is all that will matter to them. Take a deep breath and try to relax." Rebecca tried taking a deep breath but she sure didn't relax.

           Addie blinked her eyes open, and reached her arms toward Rebecca, before saying "Want Becca." Rebecca quickly moved to her side, slid into the bed, and wrapped her arms around little Addie. Kyle smiled as Addie settled into Rebecca's arms and closed her eyes, drifting back to sleep. Kyle watched as Rebecca finally started to relax with Addie settled into her arms. She may worry about his parents but her nature would shine through and he was not worried in the least.

          There was a knock at the door, then his parents stepped into the room. After his parents hugged him hello, his mom turned to look at the bed. She smiled at the site that greeted her, the woman on the bed obviously loved her granddaughter. She stepped to the bed and smiled, she said "You must be Rebecca! Oh, welcome to the family Honey." She bent down and hugged Rebecca tightly. To say Rebecca was surprised would have been an understatement.

          Kyle laughed at the look Rebecca sent him, he couldn't help it, she looked stunned. His dad said "Welcome Rebecca. We hope to get to know you well." She blushed and said "It's nice to meet you both. Kyle has told me so much about you and, of course, Lucy and Molly speak of you often too." Kyle walked over to the other side of the bed and ran his hand down her back. He said "Did y'all stop by the ranch on the way?" His dad shook his head and said "No, we came here first. I called Greg and let him know we were back. He said not to worry the girls were fine, if we wanted to stay close to the hospital, he would bring them tomorrow."

          Kyle nodded and replied "Greg is good like that. It would be easier on y'all not to have to make that drive again. There's a hotel in walking distance from here. It's up to y'all if you want to stay close though." His dad laughed, winked at his wife, saying "We already checked in there Son. I told you that's what he would say." His mother started laughing, then leaned over to kiss Addie's head. Addie opened her eyes and smiled, saying, "GamMa here. GamMa My Becca."

           Tammy, Kyle's mom, said "I met Rebecca, Addie. She seems very nice." Addie smiled up sweetly at Rebecca, before saying, "Becca be my Mommy soon. Daddy said so." Kyle laughed, Rebecca kissed Addie's head and said "That's right Baby. I will be your Mommy soon." Kyle kissed Rebecca softly, then said, "You already are their mommy, Baby. It's just a matter of doing the paperwork and legal stuff. As far as I am concerned anyway." Rebecca smiled up at him, she softly said "I know Kyle, but others may not see it that way. I love that you already consider me their mom."

            Kyle's parents showed a knowing look, grinning to each other, Tammy said "Of Course you are already their mother in every way that counts. It's obvious how much you love all three of them Rebecca. The girls have told us about how you treat them like your own sisters and the kids as your own children. It sounds to me like you are a very loving person and Kyle found the perfect final piece to his family." Rebecca couldn't help but tear up and whisper, "Thank You."
