       Kyle smiled as Rebecca sat on the side of Tyler's bed tucking him in, he knew that was where she belonged. After they had him all tucked in they both peeked in on Addie, who was sound asleep. Once they had checked her numbers they headed down to the living room to the task that needed to be done. As they walked into the room Greg was just coming in with two coffee mugs. He handed them each one and settled down with his own.

     Kyle took a sip before placing his onto the table. He said "Girls, come sit over here." He scooted down so they could sit between him and Rebecca. Once they were seated, he looked over at Rebecca and took a deep breath. He looked at the girls and said "Mom called not long before we got home. Uncle Luke had another heart attack, they told them things doesn't look good. They don't think he will make it much longer and asked the family not to leave the hospital."

      The girls looked up at him with tears in their eyes and he knew they were hurting. They loved their Uncle Luke as much as he did, and this would be a big loss for the family. He wrapped his arm around Molly and Rebecca patted Lucy's back as the girls began to cry. Lucy turned into Rebecca's arms and sobbed her little heart out as Rebecca held her tightly.

       Several long moments later Greg cleared his throat and said "If you need to go Kyle, I'm sure Alice and I can handle things here. I'm sure you will want to go say goodbye." Kyle gave a little lift of his lips to his friend and said "Mom said not to come now." Molly said "Mom doesn't think we need to come to the hospital?" Kyle said "No Sweetpea. He would probably be gone before we got there. He's not awake so he really wouldn't know we were there anyway." Lucy looked up over Rebecca's shoulder and said "Can we call Mom?"

      Kyle handed his phone to Molly and said "Go on and give her a call. I'm sure she's waiting to hear from you both." Molly took Lucy's hand and lead her into the kitchen to call their Mom. Rebecca watched them go and Kyle watched her fidget. He smirked and said "They are okay." She turned her head and stuck her tongue out at him, before fidgeting with her coffee cup. He chuckled and said "Go on, i'm sure they will be ok with you being in there."

    Rebecca fairly launched herself onto her feet before heading to the girls' sides. Kyle looked over at Alice and Greg , before they all started laughing. Alice smiled and said "You know she already loves them like they are her own sisters right?" He smiled and said "Yeah I know. Just like she already loves the kids like they are her own." Alice smiled and said "Like how she already loves you." He grinned ear to ear and said "Like how I already love her." They heard a MEOW, he laughed and said "And you too Lu!"
