When they arrived back to the ranch, Addie shouted "Becca! Daddy!" She slowly stood up and made her way to Rebecca and lifted her arms to be picked up. Rebecca picked her up and cuddled her close before she said "Hello again Addie." Kyle said "Hey not even a hi for your Daddy?" Addie looked at him and turned back to Rebecca placing her hands on Rebecca's face. She said "Hi Daddy. Becca came back." Katie started laughing and said "Looks like you've been replaced Ky. Addie has a new favorite."

Rebecca smiled sweetly down at his daughter and Kyle felt himself fall a little deeper as he watched. Rebecca glanced up at him and caught the look of tenderness he was sending their way. She sent him a knowing look and he blushed just as his sisters burst through the door. Lucy said "Bubba! You're back! Can we call Mom & Dad now?" Kyle said "How many times have you called them since you left the hospital?" Molly looked down at the floor and Lucy looked over at Molly before saying "Only 3 times, just to make sure they made it. Then Molly told them about your girlfriend."

Rebecca laughed at the look on his face and said "Girls leave your brother alone. Hey why don't we go commander the kitchen while he catches up with Greg? I think cookies sound good, what about you?" Molly giggled and said "I doubt Kyle has anything to make cookies with!" He shook his and pulled her aside as the girls walked into the other room. He whispered in her ear "I could kiss you right now." He forgot she was holding Addie, who clapped her hands and said "Kiss! Kiss!" Rebecca laughed as Kyle leaned forward and kissed Addie on the cheek. Addie said "Daddy kiss Becca!" Kyle grinned and kissed Rebecca's cheek too. She smiled up at him and said "So can you point me in the direction of a store? The girls don't seem to think you will have the makings for cookies."

He said "Check whats in there, Katie stocks it. If you need anything make a list or ill tell ya how to get there if you prefer." She said "While I have the girls distracted, it should give you a chance to figure out what is going on with your uncle. If I do have to go , they might want to go too." Addie said "I go with Becca!" Rebecca just laughed, winked at Kyle and headed to the kitchen to join the girls.

He heard laughter coming from the kitchen and grinned. Rebecca sure lit up a room and knew how to make everyone comfortable. He was fixing to go to his office when Tyler came down the stairs rubbing his eyes. Kyle said "Hey Buddy, did you have a good nap?" Tyler nodded his head and said "Where's Addie and Bella?" Kyle scooped his son up and said "Alice and Bella are taking a nap. Addie is in the kitchen with your aunts, Rebecca, and Katie. I think they were going to try to make cookies or something. I'm fixing to go call Grandma." Tyler hesitated and said "Daddy?" Kyle said "What pal?" Tyler said "Me and Addie really like Becca. She's nice." Kyle ruffled his hair and said "I'm glad pal. So you going to go play or see what the girls are cooking?" Tyler scampered off to the kitchen like any little boy with a growling tummy would.
