Quick Note: It is time for the long-awaited Doctor Who crossover! Sorry if you don't know anything about Doctor Who. Basically, the Doctor is the last of his alien species, the time lords, who travels in a blue police box spaceship called the TARDIS. The Doctor goes through time and space and fixes different things, like hostile alien invasions or humans hurting aliens. He is a quirky, confident guy who usually has a trademark outfit and quote that signifies what 'stage' he is in; the Doctor regenerates. I will be writing about the eleventh doctor, played by Matt Smith.
Gosh, Doctor Who is hard to describe.
Also, I don't know between which episodes it's written in, but it doesn't really matter if you think about it.

"Fitz, stop that panting." Jemma yelled over her shoulder. The two were working in the lab on separate pieces of the new S.H.I.E.L.D. uniform, trying to create a thin bulletproof material from alien fibers.
"You stop panting!" he yelled back. Jemma rolled her eyes as the panting stopped. She continued to look down at her work, making alterations here and there.
"-brought me now, girl?" a familiar, British-accented voice spoke. Jemma whirled around. Her jaw dropped.
"Oh, hello!" the man addressed them. He had his head stuck out of a small blue police box, and he was wearing a fez. Fitz spun around, surprised. "Am I interrupting?" the man asked. He glanced around the lab. "Where am I?"
"You're the Doctor!" Jemma spilt out.
"Sorry, have we met before?" he asked. "Or maybe after. Perhaps we met after. I mean, before on your timeline, after on mine?" He hadn't entered the lab yet.
"Sure, you could say that." Jemma replied with a huge smile. Fitz glanced over at her, utterly confused.
"Okay. Don't tell me anything!" He finally stepped out, bow tie, suspenders, and all. "Nice to see you." he greeted both Jemma and the shocked Fitz. "I'm the Doctor."
Jemma was in a haze of admiration for this man. He glanced at her, smile fading slightly as it does in an awkward situation, then at Fitz's awed face expectantly.
"I've never had this kind of reaction before. Usually they ask questions, like 'What are you?', 'Why are you here?', 'What is that blue box over there?', you know?" Jemma nodded her head dreamily. "No, you don't know. And neither does he. What are your names?"
There was a pause as Jemma just kept nodding. "Jemma!" Fitz prompted her.
"Oh!" she was startled out of it. "I'm Jemma Simmons and that's Leo Fitz."
"Great, are the two of you related?" he asked as he started to walk around, examining their work.
"No, Fitz is my partner." she replied. He looked over, his eyebrows shot up. "I meant work partner," she explained quickly. Fitz glanced at the floor in subtle disappointment, unnoticed by Jemma. The Doctor, however, caught him doing so. He smiled. Humans made relationships way too complicated, all the time.
"Are we on a plane?" he asked as he started waving his sonic screwdriver across their work.
"Yeah. The Bus, we like to call it."
"The Bus? Doesn't that get confusing?" Jemma started to explain, but the Doctor cut her off. "Oh, never mind. You humans do what you want, I guess." He continued to scan their projects.
"These clothes," he began after he received the results. "They are made with Starwhale fibers. Are you aware of that?"
"I knew it was alien, I just didn't know what kind-"
"And are you aware that the Starwhales become nearly extinct? In fact, I bet you'll end up riding on the last one's back in the future." he nearly yelled at them.
"Sorry," Jemma replied, ashamed. "I'll tell Coulson we can't use these."
"That can wait. Right now, do you want to join me?" Jemma's eyes widened.
"You're asking me to be your companion?"
"Both of you, actually. Briefly, if you would like." Jemma looked over at Fitz, who looked unsure.
"Please, Fitz?" she asked him. Then he really couldn't say no, because Jemma had said his name.
"Sure." he said, trying to pick up his mood. He had watched the series with Jemma, but she had really gotten into them. He thought hopelessly that maybe she would realize his feelings for her if they went on this trip.
"Come on in, then." the Doctor said, stepping into the blue police box.
"Welcome to-"
"The TARDIS." Jemma finished as she stepped inside, Leo closing the door behind them. "Bigger on the inside than it is on the outside." Jemma told him. The Doctor looked at her in confusion.
"Yes, it's like-"
"Another dimension!" she finished again. She ran around the controls while Fitz climbed down the stairs to examine the mechanics that went into building it.
"Yeah. Um, Fitz, please don't go down there without me!"
"Oh, don't worry, Fitz is in engineering." Jemma told him as she ran her hand along the golden rail.
"Exactly," the Doctor mumbled. "So. Where-"
"Do I want to go?" she finished yet another time.
"Stop that!" he complained. "You're stealing my lines!"
"Bow ties are cool." Jemma replied with a grin. He eventually smiled back. "I would like to meet J.K. Rowling on the tube where she first started work on Harry Potter." she said. She and Fitz had talked about where they would go when they had first started to watch the show. The consensus was to be the first Potterheads on the planet.
"Got it. Jo is a friend of mine, you know." he said as he typed in coordinates. Fitz made his way back up the stairs and watched Jemma from behind.
"Wait!" she said before the TARDIS could take off. "Can I pull the lever?" she asked innocently. The Doctor stepped back and let Jemma yank down the lever as hard as she could.
The familiar shaking started, and Fitzsimmons clutched onto the railing so they wouldn't embarrass themselves in front of their favorite time traveler. Jemma accidentally placed her hand on top of Fitz's, but didn't dare move it so she wouldn't fall. Fitz smiled at her, but she hardly noticed. The Doctor sighed.
"Humans." he mumbled.
