Quick Note: This will probably be a series. I'll update once every Saturday. :)

She couldn't identity any of the constellations. None. All of the stars were grouped with no understandable rhythm, and the confusion and disorientation, added to the concussion from her rough journey, was making her head ring with pain. She wasn't in the same universe anymore.
Fitz. God, he was alone back there, and he would start blaming everything on himself. Jemma could handle alone. She'd been alone for almost a year. She could survive the loneliness for a few more hours. Days? Months?
Fitz couldn't be alone, not again. She had to start focusing her energy on finding a way out.
There was no trace of civilization on the cold stone of the new planet. Her voice didn't echo much, either, so there would be no easy way to find anything. There wasn't any protrusions from the ground, either. Just flatness, save for the clouds of dust unsettled by her tracks. And the darkness didn't help. The only light was the blueish green tint of the stars.
Still, Simmons trailed across the unchanging landscape, hoping to find a portal or even just a map of the planet. There was no way to keep track of her whereabouts, what with the lack of physical landmarks and unfamiliar star layout, so she tried to count steps in her head.
What if there was a city? What if the city was buried underground, barely monitoring the surface of the planet? The artifact that swallowed her had been Kree, as had the city hiding terrigen crystals in Puerto Rico. Are all Kree civilizations underground? At least the ruins may be.
She crouched to the floor quickly, ignoring the pain rushing to her head, before scooping up a handful of loose gravel, then another and another until she reached hard metal. Vibranium, from the way it buzzed with the gravel scattered on it. "For Christ's sake," she muttered. Jemma hurriedly pushed pounds and pounds of gravel to the side, searching for some sort of panel or entrance.
Instead her fingertips touched a light engraving. Once she cleared the gravel away, she read the words there.
"Hala," she breathed, tracing a finger across each line.
"I can't wait to tell Fitz about-"
She was cut off as she plummeted into a hidden trap door below her.
