Episode Review

SPOILERS FOR A FRACTURE HOUSE OR WHATEVER THE LAST EPISODE WAS CALLED!!!!!

I'm actually okay with the episode. Like I'm expecting extreme feels from these things now, so when it's less than I had thought, I'm happy.

BESIDES THE FACT THAT FITZSIMMONS ARE STILL AWKWARD AROUND EACH OTHER. I honestly couldn't care less about the two of you being romantically together at the moment. (Actually, that's a lie. I want you to be together whenever possible.) You just need to relearn how to work together properly. Honestly. I know it's not something Fitz can control, and Simmons has been as patient as possible with him, but it still breaks my heart that it isn't clicking like it used to. But at least they're trying.

And we're getting explanations for why she left! I think it was honestly the best option in her mind. She's a scientists, and thinks logically. So in Jemma's mind, her presence was Fitz's problem. By taking herself away from him, it seemed like he would get better.

I LOVE MACK SO MUCH. THANK YOU FOR BEING KIND AND ACCEPTING AND PROTECTIVE OF FITZ. Just calm down when you confront Simmons. It isn't her duty to like Fitz back, and I think everyone should respect that, no matter how heart-breaking.

LANCE AND BOBBI'S DYNAMIC IS ONE OF THE BEST ON THE SHOW! They fight like they're still married, then May is there to comment on how ridiculous Lance is. It's improved the show so much. Two thumbs up.

Do I trust Grant or Christian? At the beginning, I was certain I trusted Grant, because he promised he'd never lie to Skye. But by the end, I have doubts that he's even sane enough to know what he's promising. I think he might actually be psychopathic. His brother could be the truthful one. We don't know him well enough to make proper assessments. What is your opinion?

Coulson needs a pet or something. A nice loyal dog that follows his orders like he's supposed to, without hesitation, and reciprocates all of the love he shows. Can we petition to give Coulson a therapy dog? I'll make that a thing.

Talbot is mostly forgiven. And hopefully, so is S.H.I.E.L.D. in the eyes of the government.

Skimmons is a nice friendship. I didn't realize how much I had missed that dynamic. Imagine, once things have calmed down some, Skye and Jemma sleeping over on the grounded Bus, watching movies and talking about their messed-up love lives. Or don't imagine that. It's kind of sad.

THAT AGE OF ULTRON SCENE THOUGH! I can totally imagine all the Avengers having parties at Stark tower where they get drunk and try to pick up Thor's hammer. Except Nat, since she's the best. The trailer is so creepy, too! And the "Twins" are Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, and were in the end credits of The Winter Soldier.

SPEAKING OF NEW MARVEL MOVIES! DID YOU GUYS SEE THE LIST RELEASED BY MARVEL TODAY?! There's going to be a Guardians of the Galaxy 2, Thor 3, Captain America 3 (Civil War), CAPTAIN MARVEL!, Avengers: Infinity Wars Parts ONE AND TWO! There's also going to be a "Doctor Strange" (Fantastic Four) movie, which had been rumored to star Benedict Cumberbatch! MARVEL IS LIFE RIGHT NOW!!!

Captain Marvel is going to be the first movie with a female lead hero! She was formally Ms. Marvel, but in some 2012 comic, she became Captain Marvel. Anyways, big news for feminists!!!
