Personality: Kiyoji is arrogant and rude.  His luck is entirely good luck, anything he wants will go right and anything he doesn't want will go wrong.  It turns him into an asshole, who believes he'll get absolutely anything he wants and can do whatever he feels like.  He has little to no care for other people, finding them less important than him and therefore, not worth caring about as much as him.  He can be rather flirty and charming to his crush, however he's still shitty there and can at times be too full of himself or simply not care about what they say.
I like his personality, but he might be a bit too overpowered? I know he's the Ultimate Lucky Student but having absolutely everything go his way is a bit op. It's a fine line between having a character like Kiyoji overpowered or underpowered, so I think it's more an issue of just finding that middle ground. Perhaps he puts himself in bad situations so that he'll get good luck? I'm not sure haha.

Appearance: Kiyoji has short, messy brown hair with an ahoge, two useless pins on his bangs and golden eyes.  He wears a white sweater with rolled up sleeves and "luck" written on it, reddish-grey jeans and black dress shoes.
Cute! He might have a bit of a simplistic design, maybe adding something to give him a more prominent silhouette would be good but otherwise I really like his design, especially the clips in his bangs!

Sexuality: Gay

Backstory: Kiyoji was born with weirdly good luck, and ever since he was little everything has gone his way.  Although his parents did not want to get pregnant again, when he wanted a younger sister a baby turned up on their door.  He was bullied however, although once his hatred for the bullies grew too much, he started wishing them dead, which is exactly what happened.  This was the worst major incident he had caused, and he started to realise the power he actually had.  He started using his luck more, and loved the dream life.  Anything he could ever want would automatically be his, which in the end made him rather arrogant and messed up. 
There was only ever one thing that went against his luck, he was pretty much madly in love a boy in the class under, to the point of stalking him, although it still remained one-sided and he couldn't get his attention.  He's pretty annoyed with how it won't work.
Adding that his love life doesn't seem to be affected by his talent is a great start for giving him a fleshed-out characterisation, and I like the idea of him becoming arrogant because of his luck! I said it earlier, but he might be a bit OP. Other than that, his backstory is nice and shows how his talent affected his life!

Extra Info: He's a yandere for Shinji.
That could lead to some very interesting character dynamics, and I am here for it. I'm so down to read either comedic or scary interactions between Shinji and Kiyoji.

I like your interpretation of this talent! It's a fresh take and one I haven't seen before in other OC's!

Reaction to seeing death: Probably rather neutral and doesn't care, if anything he'd be enjoying the killing game had started.
Why would he be enjoying the killing game? I understand his arrogance and dislike of others, but nothing in his personality nor backstory really says he would be entirely unaffected by murder. Otherwise I like it, it's interesting!

Reaction to being accused: He'd find it rather funny, and would just lay back and watch how his luck would work it out.
This suits him!

How would they kill: I don't know the exact details, but it'd be brutal...

I like Kiyoji's character! Other than being a little OP, he's well-planned and fleshed out, and I would really like to see his interactions with other students in the killing game!
