Littlecolt: Lyric Clef Chambers Pt. 1

Thanks Littlecolt for sending in your OC for a review!  You put a lot of detail in so I'm splitting this character into two so it's not one huge block of text but both chapters should be published at the same time!

Nickname: Clef, Key
I like the nicknames, they suit her.

Gender: Female

Age: 15

Sexuality: Straight

Ultimate: Ultimate Musician

Appearance: She has ghostly pale skin and long hazel brown hair with honey brown eyes.  She's about 5'1 and has a light and slim frame.  She wears a blouse with dark blue outlines, and she also wears a long white skirt.  Some knee-high black socks and white flats almost complete her look.  Finally, she has a strip of cloth in her hair.  She often carries around a blue purse, or her chestnut brown violin.  She has a white hair-tie in her hair, although its not a ponytail or anything.
Is the strip of cloth and white hair tie the same thing, or are they different?  I'm not sure how a hair tie that isn't tying a ponytail would work haha, is it like a half-up half-down look, or is it holding the cloth?  How does it look?  I'm curious...
Also, this is just a nit picky thing but her socks seem like they should be a dark blue instead of black, as that would fit into the colour palette of her design. Again, nit picky, you don't have to listen to me (I'm just a reviewer so don't take my word as gospel!!!)

Personality: Lyric has moments of bravery, but in the beginning she is very timid and cautious.  She is naturally a bit more reclusive and introverted, so she doesn't like terribly loud things or crowds.  She is also emotionally attached to her violin, which is her main instrument and claim to fame in the outside world.  She is also very emotional and if given a stuffed animal that's adorable she will care about it like its a real person.  Especially if it's easy to hug.  As time goes on she gets more situated to her surroundings and she becomes more open and stuff, although murders still make her sick to her stomach.  After the first few she might not throw up anymore though.  She is determined however and is rather perseverant, despite what others might think.
From the description, she sounds like she has the potential to be the 'Best Girl' type, expecially with the stuffed animal thing, it's cute!  The way she reacts to murder sounds very much like how someone with her personality would react.  I like the addition of her being perseverant and determined, it sounds like she's quite the strong type.  She kind of reminds me of Chiaki, in terms of her being quiet and kind.

Reaction to seeing death: Initially she will be frozen in shock, and if she was close friends with them immediately break down crying.  If she's already witnessed a few murders, then she might just stand there quietly, retreating in on herself more and more.
In line with her personality, good!

Reaction to being accused of murder: Fear.  She is a very fearful girl, but will also become determined to clear her name.  And so even if she stutters a lot, she will protest and use all the evidence at her disposal to clear her name.
I like how the determined side of her comes out when she is accused, and I'm sure it would shock the others seeing such a strong-willed part of her personality when she seems so quiet.

How would they kill: She would dispose of as much evidence as humanly possible.  First, however, she would want to make it as gruesome a death as possible, because it wouldn't seem like she would be capable of such a thing.  Which means probably decapitating them.  So it would have to occur at night.  She'd probably kill them, and if needed take them to her room.  Then she'd cut them up into smaller pieces and burn some as well as scatter the rest throughout the school/place they're being kept.  Then she'd leave behind a riddle, or calling card that used the letters of someone other then her's name.  As well as hints to other people here and there.  Using her innocent and shy nature, she'd most likely escape.
I like that she would dispose of evidence and use her innocent nature to escape, but I'm not so sure about the rest of the killing style.  I understand wanting to make it look like somebody else did the murder, but in her dislikes/fears, she states that she's scared of violence and blood.  I think possibly a more tame murder would suit her personality more, especially considering she doesn't have a secretly evil side of her or anything.  In the end, it is up to you and how you would want to portray it, but I think this is a bit gory for her.  Possibly something more simple would suffice, she doesn't have to decapitate/dismember a body to make it look like somebody else did it!

My only question is does YouTube exist in Danganronpa's universe?  It isn't a critique of your character, just a genuine question.  I wonder if YouTube in the Danganronpa universe is better than the one we have here...

Dislikes: Out of tune notes, jerks, violence, blood, needles, tuna fish, sour gummy worms, sour gummies of any type.
I said this in the killing style bit, but her dislike of blood/violence contradicts how she would kill and her reaction to murder.  I've already said all I needed to on the other bit, though, so I don't have anything to add here.

Strengths: Dodging, rhythm games, playing instruments, acting, writing.
This suits her!
