Intriguing.  I like it!

Nationality: Half-American, Half-Japanese

Talent: Ultimate Comedian

Personality: She is a happy and outgoing girl, she is very determined and seems to never have a creative slump. She loves dark humour, but sometimes goes too dark with it. Also, she can be insensitive when, after the death of someone in the group, which often makes her a suspect for the murder.
I like her personality!  I would like to see a bit more in terms of how she reacts to other people, but so far it's really interesting!

Appearance: Shion has purple eyes with a small hint of blue in them. Her hair is short, messy, and the colour turquoise. Shion also has a few freckles on her face and a light scar on her cheek. She will usually wear a red waistcoat, white shirt, grey tie and grey dress pants. Her shoes are brown and pointed at the ends, basically what any boy would wear with a suit. She is short and slim, her height probably being around 5'3". Shion also wears binding to hide her bust, though there isn't much to hide.
I love her design!  It's really elegant and suits her!

Sexuality: Shion is bisexual but leans slightly more towards females

Backstory: Shion is an only child who grew up being raised by her mother, as her father died in the military not long after she was born. She hated seeing her mother upset so as she grew up she went out of her way to make her mother smile by looking up jokes for her and eventually being able to make up her own. At school, she was liked well enough but was still made fun of for not liking "girly things" and looking more like a boy, usually being called "tranny". So she decided she may as well be what they told her she should be and pretended to be a boy. As her life went on, her comedic skills were recognised when, in a school talent show, a video of her was put up on the internet and entertainment companies instantly started asking her for a contract to sign with them. By the age of 15 she was known worldwide and that's when she was requested to join Hope's Peak Academy.
I really like her backstory!  I'm not sure about her giving in to what the bullies say as a reason for her dressing as a guy; it's an odd message aha.  Maybe give her another reason, maybe she thinks she can be more open with her comedy if she dresses as a guy, or it helps her move forward in the industry?  It's up to you, though, and the rest of her backstory suits her well!

Extra Info: Is somewhere on the autism spectrum. This is another reason she was bullied in school. She also has a fear of blood after an incident in her past when playing with a friend at the park, her friend fell off the climbing frame in the park and cracked their head open.

Reaction to seeing death: At first, if it was a bloody and violent death, would not want to look at the body or even go near it, but as the killings go on, she would get used to it and almost overcome this fear. If it was non-violent and there was no blood, she would try and cut the tension with a joke but would soon be told to "stop being so insensitive". She may be the Ultimate Comedian but she doesn't exactly get the timing right for these jokes, though the only way she can think of to try and make the others happy.
This suits her!

Reaction to being accused: Would joke around, pretending she did it, but put in the points as to why she couldn't have done it. Unfortunately with her nature, she gets accused quite a bit.

Killing style: She doesn't have one, she could never bring herself to actually commit murder, even if she jokes about it a lot.

Overall, Shion is a really cool character who I'd like to see a bit more fleshed out!  I think she'd be really interesting in a story and am looking forward to seeing more of her!
