Interesting!

Personality: Aria is a cool and calculating character. She thinks extremely logically and keeps a general cool head when it comes to disconcerting situations. This can make her seem like she's uncaring or emotionless, as she doesn't really show much emotion in the first place. She also has a thirst for knowledge, which leads to her Ultimate Talent. She can become too nosy into things because of her thirst for knowledge however. She dislikes people who seem to act frivolously and considers them as wasting their and her time. She has an extreme independent streak and is unwilling to trust people at first.
I really like her personality!  It has a healthy mix of good and bad points and she comes across as a very Kirigiri-like character.  But she's still very original and a character of her own, which is great!

Appearance: It may seem a little too exotic and weird but I felt she would have this silvery hair that is really reflective and plays tricks on the eyes by making her seem like a multitude of colours. This would be due to the refractory properties her hair possesses, so that when light shines on it, it's extremely colourful. Her hair is rather long and falls to just above her knees. Her usual hairstyle is two small buns at the top of her head on opposing sides while the rest is down.
Her eyes are really silvery and possess the same refractory properties as her hair.
Aria wears a black mid-thigh pleated skirt with a rainbow ribbon around the waistline, grey thigh-length socks with a white stripe circling the top, silver pumps, and a grey long-sleeved wool sweater with silvery threads interwoven it. She has a silver bangle on her wrist that was with her since birth.
I think the hair and eyes refracting light is actually a very creative take on character design!  She would definitely stand out and seeing as she can sort of mesmerise her victims with her talent it suits her!  The rest of her design is very grey, so possibly add a badge or something with a bit more colour (the belt is a great start, but the rainbows might be a bit much haha) so she isn't so grey?  Possibly add some of those faded blue and purple tones of her execution?   Otherwise, I love the creativity of her hair and eyes and think it's actually really cool!

Backstory: Aria was an abandoned child, left on the streets of Italy when she was only five. She was taken in by a small group of other street children who essentially led the criminal underground. The story of how she got there is a bit long. Let's just say, it involved the rivers of Venice, a gondola, a kitchen knife, and a hairdryer. After Aria was taken in by the group, she was found to have a knack for controlling her voice to entrance and control people. It helped that she had a really enchanting voice that was almost like bells which she developed as she grew older. She used this to help out in stealing money to help the other children. Aria also learned other languages from tourists and quickly became fluent in a multitude of them, which helped her improve her voice acting skills. When she was around 12, a talent scout spotted her during an "operation" (thievery) and gave her a business card that started her career as a voice actor. She used it as a legitimate way to earn money for the orphaned and abandoned children of Italy, so she had to move to Japan.
She rose into fame as her voice became one of the most recognised due to her iconic roles and perfect acting. Aria also did a little digging in the Japan underground and made a name for herself there as well, under the name Melody. She quickly got noticed by Hope's Peak Academy for her exceptional reputation worldwide and was invited as the Ultimate Voice Actor, no one knowing her second talent as an Information Broker.
I want to know what the hairdryer was used for haha!  I really like her backstory, it's very interesting!  Why is a group of kids running the Italian criminal underground?  Is it an adult and a few older kids with a lot of younger ones?  Either way, it's really interesting!
