Appearance: 5'8. Luna has long white hair usually left down in a braid, and pale green eyes. She has pale skin and is always blushing for no reason. She wears a fancy white blouse with a collar along with a black long skirt. She has her family's emblem where the collar is and she wears a black bow in her hair. She has black and white stockings with a cat in them and she wears black high heels. Her symbol is located on the top right of her blouse and its a bullet with a heart around it.
I like her appearance, but I would like to see a bit more colour!  Otherwise, though, it's really nice so far and I like it!

Personality: Luna is a sweet and kind girl who is clumsy from time to time. She's selfless and cares for everyone making her easy to be manipulated and used. She is oblivious but often knows more than you think and she isn't afraid to speak her mind. If someone upsets her she will try to stay calm but in secret will be extremely upset.
I like this, but I don't think she can be both oblivious but know what's going on.  I'd recommend maybe making her one or the other, or maybe oblivious in certain situations and topics (maybe others talents or a killers' motives), and knowing in others (such as emotional states of other people).  She seems more like an emotionally vulnerable character to me, though, so I'm not sure she would be the type to hide her emotions.  I think it just needs a bit of work, but it's a good start!

Reaction to seeing death: She will stay calm but will spend a lot of time mourning that person, sometimes she will cry if that person was a close friend.
Luna is probably the worst at the investigations and always missing every single piece of evidence, even though she can't help in that way Luna always likes to bake sweets to calm everyone down.
I like this! 

How would they kill: Luna would poison a tea and bring it to the person's door, but due to doubting herself she will drop the tea in panic in front of the person's door. Luna would then run to the kitchen where another student would be near the sink. Finding it to be the perfect opportunity Luna would drown them. In the struggle the person would rip Luna's bow off and she wouldn't notice. Once the deed is done Luna heads back to her room calmly knowing she got away with it (not).
This is good, but I feel the investigation might be too easy.  However it's a good idea and I like it!

Execution: Luna's leg will be grabbed by a metal chain, she will then be dragged over dough adorned with cherries. Monokuma lets her hang for a bit to make her panic. He then drops her inside the dough only for her to drown. Monokuma then shapes the pie and throws it into an oven where Luna would be cooked. He then takes out the pie and says Bon Appetite.
This is good!

Backstory: Luna comes from a very wealthy family that has very high expectations of her. One day when her parents were out Luna rushed to the kitchen to see what she could make. Small and simple cookies and treats turned into extravagant and delicious delicacies that everyone wanted. Luna then ran away so she could open a huge bakery which people from all over the world came to try! One day in the mail, Luna received a personal invitation to Hope's Peak Academy as the Ultimate Pastry Chef.
How come she had to hide her baking from her parents?  Also, why did she run away to open the bakery?  I would like to see her backstory more fleshed out to explain some things, like her personality and why she had to hide her baking skills, but it's a good start!

Overall, Luna is an interesting character who just needs a bit of work and a bit of expanding.  I'm excited to see how she develops, though!
