Personality: Hiro is very shy at first, although he manages to break through it and be safe on people kinda quickly.  He still rarely approaches people, although he tends to be more social and less quiet and nervous.  He's incredibly smart and picks up on stuff pretty fast, and he really likes reading and learning new things.  He can be a bit easily distracted by stuff he finds interesting and forgets about stuff around him, which leads to him having walked into quite a lot of poles and walls, and being quite hard to talk to if he's reading or doing something else he likes.  He really loves music and finds playing the piano incredibly calming, often doing it when he's stressed or upset.  He tends to get jealous pretty quickly, and although he really hates that part of himself and tries to stop it, it still happens and bothers him a lot sometimes.
I like this, he's a very well-balanced character!

Appearance: Messy brown hair and red eyes.  Wears a white button-up sleeve with a red tie, a brown vest over, black pants and brown dress shoes.

Backstory: Hiro and his twin sister Hina grew up in a slightly poor family.  They could afford what they needed and managed to live a happy life.  However at school, the kids would judge each other a lot based on what they had, from the newest and coolest kids to who had a cellphone from early on.  Not actually having anything like that, plus with how shy and unsocial he was, Hiro was bullied and on the outside from pretty early on.  His parents therefore decided to work two jobs, hoping to get a bit more money so their kids could have it a bit better in school.  His twin sister did a bit better, as she was social and outgoing, making people just get dragged to her anyways.  Hiro did have one friend (And later boyfriend) though, Masashi Hachiya, a kid from a pretty rich family.  His older brother did not like Hiro that much though.
He'd often go to the music room during breaks and at times after school too, using the piano they had there.  His teacher would help him unlock the door and was very encouraging of him developing his skills.  He really enjoyed it and it worked to keep up his skills, until his parents finally made enough money to give him an actual piano.  He ended up playing even more then, and Hina decided to encourage him to actually share it through the internet.  He actually got a lot of attention, and after a few years he even got recognised as the Ultimate Pianist.  Hina used her part of the money her parents saved up to follow him to the reserve course. 
Masashi and Hiro also ended up together from when they were twelve, and after breaking up they just remained best friends.
I love his backstory!

Extra Info: He's the mastermind, and Kyou's boyfriend.
I wonder what his motivation would be to start a killing game? He seems like a nice character, so I find it very interesting.

Ultimate: Pianist

Reaction to seeing death: He's pretty shocked and scared, and tried to investigate here and there, although he avoids being around the body and even the room its in.
This doesn't really suit him being the mastermind, unless he's acting?

Reaction to being accused: He'll try his best to stay calm and debate his way out of it, although he'll clearly be uncomfortable and nervous, and may miss details here and there.
This suits him.

How would they kill: In an emergency, he'd use his access to the keys to carefully fake a suicide and lock the door, killing off a danger to him while not getting himself executed.
I like this!

I like Hiro's character!  I'm interested as to why he'd be the mastermind, though.
