Luanna's POV

"Yahhhhhh!" I yelled, takeing out all the demons in sight, killing them on their own home land, not careing about all the guts covering me, and my blood all over, I just kept going foward, killing not careing. My father's last seconds of his life, if he saw me, was watching what I actually do. Kill demons.

Zero used the dagger, to somehow stop me, and maybe even control my black side. I don't know how, because black sides are usually uncontrolable.

My left wrist was in pain, probably broken, and my body ached and pained, but I didn't stop. I could see right through this darkness, so I wasn't going to let Zero down, and get killed, so I kept going, running, flying, kicking, punching, hittig, biteing, anything to kill the demons and protect Zero.

I soon found Zero fighting along my side, with the dagger, and a gleem of braveness and heroism shineing in his eyes. He gave me a smile, as if he was thanking me for teaching him all of this, and learned it all from me. I just smiled back, as I felt a tear roll down my cheek. He did all of this for me. He changed his whole life for me, and helped me now, more powerful and brave than I have ever seen him, and ever thought I would. Zero was....He was just....I don't know how to put this, but I kinda liked it.

Soon, all the demons around were dead, leaving just me, Zero, Alex, and Piper in the room. Zero and I both were covered in blood, and demon guts, and Alex still wasn't sure if Piper was alive.

"Zero...you...you-you did it!" I said, hugging him, not careing that we both were covered in bad smelling goo, or that he was holding a blade, that he still was unsure how to entirley use. My eyes teared up more, and Zero just held me, smileing, yet was trembleing under the weight of what he had just done.

"It's not only me who's done everything, you're the one who taught me, you know more than me. You deserve some of the credit." It was then and there I realized, my job was to protect Zero. Help him, and protect him. He needed me to be there for him. That was my place in this world. Be there with him, wherever he goes.

I started glowing, along with Zero, who still was. Alex picked up Piper, and told us, "Let's get going." And we nodded in response, as we lead the way out, shineing brightly.

It was time to report back to the queen before going to my real home. Not with just Alex and I, but with Zero, too.
