Alex's POV

I swear, Luanna can be the weirdist person. I never thought she wouldv'e acted that way.

That's why I stopped her before. Now, I didn't know what to say.

She was like a compleatly different person now.

I don't know what happened.

I promised my mother I would change her, so she would be the person who she was, before the war, and all.

But now, she allready was being changed, right in front of my eyes, by some kid, a human.

Could he be the one? The one who Luanna would fall in love with?

But he didn't even have wings!

That would mean, as soon as Luanna trusted him enough, he might gain wings.

Then he wouldn't be normal, for him.

It was now raining. Zero and I sat on a bus, on the way back to where he lived, momentarly. I was pissed at him, from starting to do my job for me. Although I wouldn't beat him up for it...

I just staired out the window. Luanna was sitting ontop, of the bus, and it was late at night again. She knew she that she couldn't get caught, because she was wanted. She couldn't even be seen by anyone else, but us.

It looked like it was going to be a long, long night.

I looked out the window, and staired at the passing surroundings. We would make it there by morning. The bus driver was playing music, just to keep some people up, who couldn't pay.

The song was the one Luanna was humming all the time. She heard it on our first day here. I think it was called Breakaway. but I couldn't be sure.

It was something I thought Luanna would get into. And it sounded like her life...sadly.

I looked at Zero, who was trying to sleep, but couldn't. I peered out the window, to see Luanna upside-down, sticking her tounge out at me, with her goofy grin. It was hard not to smile. Then she nodded to me, meaning I'm gonna fly for a bit. And before I could do anything, she jumped off, and flapped her wings.

Luanna must have felt happy, flying in the dark, cold rain, letting it brush against her face.

It was no paradice, but it must have felt good, to breakaway from this place. This verry place that has enclosed us here.

When she flew under a street lamp, to give me a grin, he white wings glissened a goldish color. It was a risk, flying that low into light, but she didn't seem to care.

I looked at Zero, to show him what Luanna was up to, to see that he had the knife.

He was looking at it, intensly, trying to figure out if there was anything wrong with it.

"Hey, put that away, I don't wanna be seen with that."

"Fine," He hid the knife. "I just don't see why we just didn't ditch it"

"Because that's leaving evdience. Luanna knows she has to hide it somewhere."

"The why hasn't she allready?"

"Because that's who she is."

"Are you annoyed by me?"

"What if I am?"

"You just seem like you started to hate me, why is that?"

Maybe he is a shushnub....
