Luanna's POV

I ran, not knowing where I was going, even though I'd lived here for so long. I let my feet carry me, where I didn't know they were takeing me.

I soon found out, wishing I hadn't came here. It was the cementary for all the ones with wings were barried. I don't know why I came here, but I soon remembered why.

At the center of the graveyard, was the statue of the founder of our family. They had a sister, who was the head of Piper's branch. Alex always went to that statue for answers. I never knew why, but it seems that's what he did.

"Alex! Alex! Alex get your but over here, now! It's Important!" I shouted as loud as I could, jumping off the ground, flying above to see if I could find him. I finally did, but it wasn't the Alex that I knew.

Alex had hung himself from the statue. He used a rope. He was trying to kill himself, because of all his grief that he had. I couldn't tell if he was dead yet.

Landing on the ground, I fell to my knees, in tears, and screamed. Just screamed.

I hadn't saved anyone, but myself.

Zero's POV

I heard a scream, one that could've easily been Luanna's, but I couldn't tell. It was loud enough to be heard all over town.

Knowing it could've made Luanna go black, I ran out, in the direction that Luanna ran out in, and followed the scream. Sure enough, I found Luanna, and Alex. Alex had hung himself, and Luanna couldn't do anything about it, because she wasn't sure what she could do. She felt powerless.

To see Alex there, like that, it made me think of the thing I did, takeing that man's life. I soon sunk to my knees next to screaming Luanna, who soon turned black, getting mad at herself for not doing anything about this.

"Luannitha, stop!" I shouted as Luanna tried to hurt herself from not being able to do anything about this. She looked at me, with a darkness clouding her eyes. She stopped, and just stood there.

"Luannaitha," I said, before stopping, and walking over to her, and kissing her lightly on her forehead, "Be yourself." Luanna quickly regained her control, looking at me, while I felt a tear fall down my cheak.

"Zero, why are you-"

"It's....Alex" Luanna turned around, looking at her brother, which she immeatly flew up, and took him down. He was still breathing, but was uncontious. On the brink of death. He may, or may not make it. Just like Piper.

"Let's take him back, I-I don't wanna see him like this." Luanna admits, holding Alex tightly, handing the rope to me, who instantly drops it. I didn't wanna touch that thing, after what I'd done to that man.
